Chase isn't negative, he's just practical.😉 My husband is the same way. He always points out all the negative, along with the positive. This way we can make the best decision based on all the facts. This is a good thing for me, since I tend to look at the shiny side, and overlook the dull parts.😃

Hi, I am pretty new to your channel and cannot remember if I have ever commented but really loved hearing this about you guys. Actually I am 50 years old and my daughter is 27 (just turned 27 in January) and is getting married this month, so I recommended your channel to her because we are strong Christians, she desires to be a stay home mom, desires to have a simple, clutter free home, etc. When I was a younger mom, I was not anywhere near to this at all so youtube has really helped me in so many of my struggles with decluttering/organizing, cleaning, etc. My husband and I also follow and have followed Dave Ramsey for several years (after we were forced to file bankruptcy when my kids were little and hearing about Financial Peace through our church) but to the point where my husband got an extra job delivering pizzas, starting an emergency fund, cutting out cable, etc. and we paid off lots of debt, finally was able to get a job at home as I became convicted to that as my faith grew, but along the way got lazy with it and did not discipline ourselves and did not get to the final babysteps. I worked outside the home so justified eating out a lot, then, then we put our kids in a private school so while we stuck with Dave not using credit cards, saved up our emergency fund, paid down our debt and have really good credit now, still did not make the sacrifices to get us debt free.....and my husband still delivers pizzas, so all to say - we could be living a life of freedom now had we been more disciplined and got to the last step and now have that as a goal but we tell our kids if they start now before they even accumulate debt, they can be more like you guys....So, back to my daughter, she and her fiance are totally starting off this way which we are very happy about and she will be living in her own home with her new husband this time next month so your channel is perfect for her. I have been on a clutter-free path for a long time now and have been taking tips along the way from youtubers and it has been very gradual, finding out what works for me, routines, etc. but in summary - very happy you guys are such strong Christians, lead by example, follow Dave Ramsey and are benefitting from that and are having success with this platform and help so many in the process. By the way, I too have social issues to the max so totally could relate as you discussed that. I hate to hear that you had to deal with that in high school but sounds like you handled it the best way possible. I could say so much more, but just wanted to thank you for sharing this and using your success as a platform as I know this has been good for me and know it will be awesome for my daughter as well!!

I TOTALLY and COMPLETELY AGREE with you about SERVICE these days! I was so frustrated today trying to get a LIVE person on the phone at the bank! And then finding out when I got to the bank that they won't take cash anymore for out-of-state deposits! It's so ridiculous how REGIMENTED and OVERLY-REGULATED our life is forced to be when it doesn't do anything but add to stress!

Ashley my son moved to Texas to expand his company small company but he was almost 27 , it killed me . I wanted to pack up and move with him but my daughter and her husband was living with us saving money to buy a. house which they have done . Yes I am a major helicopter mom , very hard to let go . On another note I have told you before and I just want to let know how very proud I am that you are so open with your Christianity . TFS💕

I just wish people would apply the assumption that "everyone is a sensitive soul" before they comment. I've never understood the rationale of hateful, negative comments. "If you don't have something nice to say, say nothing at all" apparently, that isn't taught much anymore.

Great video guys! Ashley-I hadn't heard your cheer story (nightmare) before but I can sooooo relate! My nightmare began my senior year when I made the cheer team. I hadn't tried out before then and was NOT welcomed when I made it and 2 veteran cheerleaders didn't. I was treated terribly-literally bullied!! Girls can be so mean!! I swear I have a little PTSD from it. Glad you could graduate early and get out of the situation. On a more positive note-we all just love you and love your channel. Thanks for doing what you do and being so real and humble. Chase-missing the trick shots! Also missing Savannah-hope she is feeling better very soon.

Really enjoyed this xxx I think your such a lovely family and a great example to many families. Were literally a couple of years older than you. We had some really difficult years which has led to debt and with my illness a cluttered house. You inspire me to do as much as I cab each day and slowly but surely we're getting there. High school was horrible for me too. Bullies caused me to try to take my life at 14 😢. I don't care to remember it either x
