Exploring the SECRET paradise islands in Laos - Don Det and Don Khone (4000 islands) 🇱🇦

Did you know that Laos has amazing paradise islands, with amazing waterfalls and nice beaches? No? Well, neither did I until I came to Don Det! This hidden gem, a true backpacker secret, is much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined!
In this video I will take you along as we rent a bike and explore Don Det, and also the neighboring island Don Khon. First we start with some dirt cheap and delicious breakfast, then we rent a bike and head to the "Li Phi Somphamit" waterfalls, and then onwards to the "Khon Tai" beach. Still not satisfied, we head back to Don Det and another nature beach with nice rapids to swim in.
Finally we watch the beautiful sunset over the Mekong, and yet another day on Don Det is passed.
So prepare to be amazed, because this island cluster might be one of the most beautiful places on earth. I sure did not expect this from Laos!
