Trying POOP COFFEE (Civet Coffee) in Laos 🇱🇦

What is the best way to process coffee? Well, some people say by having an animal consume it and poop it out! It's called Civet coffee, or "Kopi luwak", and is quite an unique thing! It's very expensive, and large scale commercial production of it linked to animal abuse where the Civets are being force fed large amounts of coffee beans. But just outside of Luang Prabang I had heard about a small farm producing their own Civet coffee, so I decided to try it out! The person running the café also showed us the Civets, and it was a cool experience!
