As a primarily infantry player, I like the Brits because even their armored units get logi trucks instead of tracked shitboxes(I can't think of chore worse than doing logi runs in those). Vic players are always a very vocal minority when it comes to unit voting, and they usually have zero regard for the infantry players, who end up suffering from lackluster logistics more than vehicles when playing as armored or mechanized units, and Brits make it at least a bit more tolerable.

I don't hate them as much as a lot of people seem to and I actually like the SUSAT optic but they seem a little underpowered compared to some of the more flexible factions. I'd like to see them get a buff of some kind, maybe something in the vehicle department so they are at least more average in terms of anti-armor.

Squad has had to handicap us brits a bit with the rifles because the LDS sight always has a redot on top irl and the susat sight has a quick battle iron sights on top, can’t remember if you can use them though
The lack of stabilisation on most ifv turrets is whats crippling for me. I love the gun and with a bit of skill you can absolutely use it kn cqb but the weapons on the armour is just bad.
When I end up playing the BAF I'm either in a vehicle or an SL because the lack of low power scopes kills me. At least the infantry SLs have an option for Iron sights, though the sights aren't that great. That and I really love the Scimitar.
the british vehicles are OP, the turret of their ifv may not be stabalized, but the main gun has the highest damage in squad, plus, the armor of the warrior is so thick that the only thing you should be worrying about are mines, tanks and HAT. Also, the NLAW is basically a point and click machine
Why there was no mentioning of the ctas fv520. it got the best gun in the game when it comes to destroying similar IFV's. Also when are you going to do insurgents?
I chose not to shine the spotlight on the FV520 because as for now it has been removed from any of the British units in game and if it makes a reappearance, its strength may be balanced or equally on par with other IFVs. Insurgents video is coming in about a week :)
Their automatic weapons are for area suppression rather than point targets. The British infantry squad is designed to punish movement in the open by having LMGs and MMGs suppress enemy movement, and then the riflemen pick off anyone who tries to stick their head up,

I have zero sympathy for people vote for the armor unit then complain about their track logi
im just glad I know enough about this game to help people when they find this.
Time to get in the Royal Marines!
Just what I was thinking. US has their Army and Marines. Russia has their Army and VDV. It would be cool to have that for the Brits
Won't gonna lie they need an reflex sights
Tell that to the MoD

L85 hipfire is oddly easy to use. Feels like I can point the barrel consistently.
