From his class he mentions 1,000 x 1,000px which is a square.
Anything above 1,000px is good. Anything lower than 1,000px is going to be less quality for the image.

Just learn the anatomy of the head!! I tried avoiding it because it seemed intimidating and hard but it actually really helped me with proportions overall 🤧
