It wont sound like the one on the video as they use a paper cover, but it actually destroys the apple pencil nib so I wouldn't say its a wise investment to get the paper cover
yes, a glass sceen wouldnt make this type of sound, the paper in theory feels good to use but it destroys the pencil nib easily so I wouldnt say it's worth it
I think every person gets better in different timings because there's people that practises very hard but they still aren't as good as they want, and then there's people who don't practise a lot and they get better really quick
