Thank you so much for your videos, I'm happy that I'm subscribed to your channel.
One thing I notice first about a man is the look in his eyes. Even if he's not looking at me. You can tell if he's arrogant or a cheerful person or a listener. Also a nice smile confirms it. If he never smiles, that is very repelling to me.

What I notice about men first (I'm in my early 60s) 1 - Confidence without arrogance. 2 - Kind eyes and kindness to others (the waitress, etc.). 3 - Humor that isn't centered around criticism of others. 4 - Love of animals and nature. 5 - Affection and validation. 6 - The desire to communicate well with active listening. 7 - A genuine and frequent smile. Addendum - without honesty, none of these other things matter.

Just as men like a woman who is confident, healthy, kind, women also like those qualities. I like a man who looks and feels masculine in the way they move and look physically. To have physical skills including intelligence. To have physical strength A healthy man, well maintained, clean and groomed. Not overweight, yet without being obsessive about building muscles and too preoccupied with their physical appearance. A man who is not just in their head, but capable of feeling. Able to open up when needed. To feel empathy, insightful, sufficiently sensitive and capable of love. Have done the work of personal growth to have sufficient self understanding and capable of being responsible for their reactions. A man who is reliable and trustworthy is a treasure.

8 things a man notices first about a woman and finds very attractive.
#1. Confidence. Freedom being who you are.
#2. Genuine smile and laughter. Openess to life.
#3. Feminine movements. Sway of hip, brushing hair back.
#4. Presence and kindness towards others. Giving compliments.
#5. Health. Taking care of yourself.
    #6. Smell. Your scent, perfume.
#7. Makeup and nails. Do for you. Natural. Not too much.
    #8. Authenticity.
What I find highly attractive is the man's smile. His eyes as well as they tell stories. His kindness and acting like and being a gentleman.

In order for a woman to apply number 1 through 8 might needs a few contenders. I’m disappointed with this post. Im in the industrie of self care for both women and men. Happy life, happy wife starts with the men’s ability and strength to understand the opposite gender. No matter what perfume you wear there will always be a better perfume, a newer perfume and a wider brighter smile. Authenticity and self-care will attract your proper partner. Men also fake it until they make it and it might not be with you.Staying true to yourselves is key. Nobody needs surprises after a few months of dating:)

Another thing I really noticed about a man once was I was entering an establishment, and he happened to be leaving. He literally tipped his hat, and nodded to me as we passed each other. That has only ever happened once to me, but is something I likely will never forget.

That's class! 50ish years ago I was in a bar watching a band. I did notice a guy in a cream suit (it was around the time of Saturday Night Fever) making his way through the people on the other side of the dancefloor. Next thing he was next to me, told me I looked beautiful and ....... disappeared into the crowd. Thank you, whoever you are. Never forgotten.
I live in a small rural Spanish town. Years ago, on a warm summer evening, the lovely young girls were out and about in the main street, the lads were madly revving their motorbikes to get their attention. Two young men on horses rode slowly down the street tipping their hats to the senoritas. Guess who got the attention!

I'd add someone who appears strong and to take care of his health - Im very much NOT into skinny dudes who aren't physically capable, or who do not prioritize their health. Someone who invests effort in himself and cares how he comes across in all ways - even with how he dresses - it communicates alot about his self-image and thus how he'll show up in relationship.

"Are you in fight or flight mode, or are you in freedom?" (Leading life with freedom shows confidence, according to the video.) Some women "fight" through fight or flight mode most of our lives---illnesses, traumas, work problems, family problems that keep coming once you've solved the first one. Not even in a victim way, just sort of a critical mass that becomes difficult or impossible to get through.
This idea of a woman being in "freedom" being attractive because she's confident confirms what I already know--
that women with a solid foundation of love and friendship in childhood are light years ahead of us in confidence because they have less bad experiences with men.
But for those of us in fight or flight mode, that's okay. We can still be confident in other ways--thinking before speaking, setting healthy boundaries, and surrounding ourselves with good people. We don't have to breeze into a room and say something charming to everyone there...we can cope with less attention if it means we get to be our authentic selves.

Tidy face/beard, clean teeth, is he looking me in the eye or is he checking me out? Is he a gentleman? Courteous, easy to speak with, does he treat me with respect? I also look at his eyes, are they smiling, happy as well? I dont look 4 a man who is perfectly sculpted, muscular, perfect jaw, hair ect....but is he taking care of himself? Even if he has a bit of dad bod? No worry! And lastly, can he laugh? Enjoy life? ALL of these are what matter to women who are looking....😊

This is all very nice and very positive. Like in movies. I'm 43 and this is what happens when I do these things naturally:
    1. Smiling - younger men approach me, thinking I'm desperate
    2. Healthy - I walk slow because I have back issues, so that's out the window
    3. Confidence - is seen as "older woman being bossy. Oh she must be single and has no life"

Seems you have a very negative outlook on yourself because of your age. I’m 46, and I attract the attention of men everywhere I go. They are so friendly and outgoing with me. I don’t go with with any negative thoughts about myself or others. I consider myself to get more beautiful as I age. This is my mantra. I go gym and outdo men in terms of how much I can weightlift. Holding positive thoughts about yourself and people will allow you to live a happier life.

Height - Tall men are attractive!
I like masculine men. Confidence, not arrogance is attractive, because women pretty much look for a protector, leader, provider.

Tall is initially attractive, but height was never a deal breaker, I've dated short, average, just happened to marry tall. Also was with handsome men and not so handsome. For me, intelligence, kindness and humor were the keys to my heart. I'm short and (was---old and tired now 😂) cute, I guess, but I like to think it was my sparkling personality that attracted people! 😊

As I am tall for my age group, I definitely noticed height on a man, hair seems to be quite important to me, (my daddy had thick black hair, so perhaps that’s the reason) I look at their teeth and their ears, I look at how they’re groomed how they take care of themselves, I also watch where their eyes go when they’re speaking to me if they’re fully present and not scouring the room with their eyes that shows such a sign of respect and I alsolook for qualities like a man that would stand up when you enter the room, pull out your chair at a table, open your door. Those are extremely important and yes, I am old school and never, ever will I change.

I'm sorry but a woman does not have to be made up to be attractive. I've had some of the most staggering compliments when I wasn't wearing any make-up at all. What you are saying is that a woman has to wear some make-up in order for men to appreciate her - you are not only doing a disservice to woman, but also to men because not every man is only able to appreciate a woman or find her attractive is she is wearing make-up. Some can see a woman, and I mean really see a woman, just as she is.

I’m attracted to a guy who’s friendly, has a happy, positive energy, peaceful, can make me laugh and is caring, thoughtful and generous. Someone who is emotionally intelligent, ready for a relationship and has honest intentions. As far as physical attraction, I like a nice smile, nice teeth, pretty eyes, nice hair, I really love curly hair on guys but that’s hard to find. I prefer them to be taller than me because it’s better to be able to hug them and put my head on their chest. Be physically fit because I like to be active and I hope they do too. Lately, I’ve been thinking a nice maintained groomed beard is pretty hot. I used to never think facial hair was attractive but my last bf had a beard and it really was pretty nice!

I've course-corrected, and hearing about it in this context was very insightful.
