If this game can have 2 Jotaros (plus a cancelled 3rd one) and 4 Dio's (admittedly all very different) I can't see why there wasn't a nerfed version of Heaven Ascension Dio. How cool would it be to pull a Priority Time Stop, while the camera is focused on you and scream ZA WARUDO OVA HEAVEN TOMARE TOKYO!

It only does something if there is another time stop user he can’t time stop unfortunately only move within others and it is slightly longer by a second

Doesn't seem to do anything normally, but some people say you can walk when a enemy time-stops using it.

I did this using Cheat Engine on PC, ruclips.net/video/2EqMQVVTMZY/видео.html - Tutorial. For consoles, you would need a memory editor and a modified console.

You need a modified PS4 to do this on the console, as you need a memory editor to search for values. An easier way would be using the PS3 emulator and changing the values on the PC.

Triangle summons his dark floor aura attack, the square button is an air stand rush with a massive range, X is a multiple knife attack. And if I remember correctly, the circle is a weird taunt/counter. L2 and R2 don't work and his R1 reportedly only works in someone else's time-stop.
