It's really grat, comfortable and exciting to see Sébastian practicing Parkour: Movements and old-school style, actually more efficient than what I've seen out there and on youtube.
We now have a freerunning school in The Netherlands! It is only because a friend of mine that was inspired by Sebastien and others that I came in contact with this sport. I used to run and run and run around town, running against walls and all with some friends, and I am so glad its what it is today, because I have had the best times doing this and now I see those young kids having fun doing this its the best feeling!
He has such a distinctive style that you can recognise really quickly. And for a guy who is 38, he moves so well. Take care of your body and it will take care of you.
Great to see that the freerunning founder is still as agile as ever with 37 (at the time the movie was shot). This video is also an excellent reminder that freerunning is actually about running, just like in parkour and not flipping back and forth for the sole purpose of posing like most youngsters do these days. Freerunning without moving from one place to another or overcoming obstacles is just tricking. It's repetitive, boring and pointless. I wish there would be more videos like this one. Respect to Fineside for investing in this.
Séb + New video = Awesome!!!! Glad to see some new footage of him and great to see him moving so well too. Great video! Much respect to him! Look forward to see many more videos of him like this in the future.
His moves are totally natural nothing is flashy or to show off. And he is like a monster or a machine, If he was in India we would totally be his pupils. We love what really is parkour.
C'est cool de voir ça ! Après un reportage désastreux des yamaks sur france2 ça fais énormément plaisirs de voir la 1ere génération si bien bouger, beau !
A truly simplistic parkour! Absolutely beautiful. None of the gymnastics and inefficiencies of free-running in this video! Don't get me wrong, I love myself some good free-running! But Parkour is where the true efficiency is at.
This should be shown to all that new generations who see parkour as a way to show off... BTW, I wish I could keep my energy even with some years on my back, just as Foucan does.
His legs are as nimble and precise as his hands, his hands have the strength of his legs, and his whole body is as flexible as his fingers. His stamina is only matched by the video marathon I've been on watching his works!
Yes, your right he is. But here he is doing parkour. Freerunning is about artistic movement and parkour is about getting from a to b in the most efficient an fluent way possible.
how does a loose fitting garment "support" the body? if it isnt skin tight then i dont see how it can have any sort of bracing effect this video was pretty sick though
Y so many expect Sebstien 2 still b @ his top form....as old as he is he's still prety gd even though not half as much as he was but wat can u do, dats age catching up. Gd vid.
