I don‘t know about Hayden but aside from Garret and Yoder, these characters lack support-talks like the ones we are used to have as of today. Therefore we can‘t find out much about the characters themselves and they become less interesting
Dice and Rody do have 2 support talks, and if you include the bonus chapter and the prologue, dice and luke do have a good amount of dialogue outside of that. There are also other things we can look out for that tell us a bit about them. Dice travels alongside his daughter Maris, who is missing an eye, as mercenaries. Now injuries can certainly happen in a medieval enviroment but coupled with the fact that Maris is totally weirded out when Kris compliments her in their support it's a good possibility that Dice's gambling addiction was the cause of her eye loss, and probably wasn't all that compassionate as a father, or atleast didn't show it much.
Yo yoder is the fuckin legend to surpass fire emblem, he comes in saying fuck yo gaiden chapters nigga here's a legendary weapon from the jump, arguably the most memorable character for those who actually played fe6
Athos is also force deployed and has stupidly good stats. Yodel's utility might be a bit harder to see, especially considering Niime joins around the same time.
Let's see, all dudes. Most of them come from Japan only games. Some of them you get based on certain choices in the game. Yeah, sounds like a great recipe for forgettability.
My favorite forgettable character is Thracia 776's Trewd Or Troude whatever the translation is. Dunno why but I usually use him. His most impressive feature is his fringe.
7:20 I'm pretty sure someone on the localization team might have done it to just see if anyone would notice and nobody ended up noticing At least if I was on a localization team or whatever I would totally do that

Also I understand Rodolban but Dimna? Come on. He looks a lot like Rody, he has a good event that gives him character and great stats and he is actually good. I am very dissapoint.
I also like Dimna. In fact, I prefer him than Lester. The dude has a big inferiority complex. His secret event with Daisy is really sad. Despite having a magic amulet his childhood friend gave to him (the +5 Strenght), he is still not as powerful as the children with holy blood. That makes Dimna say to Daisy that "they don't deserve to be here" in the final battle. That's sad :(
Poor Luke, he deserved better. His lines in FEH make him far more interesting than you might think, mainly because he goes from guy who trains a lot to "I AMMM AWESOMMEEE" (which I find to be hilarious.) It's like he says, GOTTA LOVE THE LUKE!

Effing Yoder??? What is wrong with people? I guess too few people actually played Binding Blade. Hayden is a meh unit, yes, but he appears a lot of times for the party to give advice and information. He's important to the group for much of the story.
Taking only playable characters into account. Safy (776), Tanya (776), Daisy (Genealogy), Larum (Binding Blade), Natasha (Sacred Stones) and Kjelle (awakening) all had really poor showings in this year's cyl. But even then the lowest amongst that group Kjelle got 40 votes so still far better than the men in this video.

Luke really suprised me, he is often used in FE12, atleast more than Rody. Also fun fact, Dolph, unlike Macellan, is actually pretty damn good, he has 11 SPD as a hunter and can one shot the wyverns in the Gharnef chapter with an Steel bow or Forged iron bow at base on Hard 5 iirc, his growth rates are pretty damn good for SD standards too. Macellan on the other hand is just a worse version of Dolph. Dolph is unironically one of my favorite Archanea Characters alongside Cord and Maris. But then again Shadow Dragon is by far my favorite Fire Emblem game.
Dolph and Macellan are yet another prime example of Kaga design philosophy. Only in his games do you get two characters in the same chapter where one of them is completely surperior to the other in every single way. Dolph beats Macellan in all basestats and growthrates, the only difference is that Macellan is one level lower. At least Shadow Dragon had the courtesy to give Macellan a better strength growth to make him not strictly worse.
Having only played Awakening, Fates, and SoV, my most forgettable are Stahl, Beruka, Laslow (I never had him as a kid in Awakening), and, to a lesser degree, Tobin. My most forgettable character from the fe games I've played (gba games to 3 houses) is laurent. I had to look up how to spell his name just now. That's how forgettable he is to me. First off I usually bench Miriel pretty quickly and she's already pretty forgettable but Laurent is like his mother but even blander. I don't even bother to recruit him in the post game. I watched his supports. I only remember how one of them goes.

@@lightguard1 Lmao I legit thought you were talking about Shannan and I was like "What the hell is this guy talking about"
I don‘t know about Hayden but aside from Garret and Yoder, these characters lack support-talks like the ones we are used to have as of today.
I honestly like how reiden looks
4:48 Some things don't change, do they.
if anyone's looking for the least popular female characters it's as follows:
10. phina (fe3/12, 46 votes)
9. larum (fe6, 44 votes)
8. selphina (fe5, 42 votes)
7. safy (fe5, 41 votes)
6. tanya (fe5, 41 votes)
5. natasha (fe8, 41 votes)
4. kjelle (fe13, 40 votes)
3. creidne (fe4, 40 votes)
2. hermina (fe4, 20 votes)
1. jeanne (fe4, 16 votes)
Yo yoder is the fuckin legend to surpass fire emblem, he comes in saying fuck yo gaiden chapters nigga here's a legendary weapon from the jump, arguably the most memorable character for those who actually played fe6
The fact he just casually walks in with two Divine Weapons is something I won't ever forget
The Yoder conundrum is kind of a hypocrisy if you think about it. Athos is also capped, and no one benches him.
Athos is also force deployed and has stupidly good stats. Yodel's utility might be a bit harder to see, especially considering Niime joins around the same time.
as someone who recently finshes new mystery, even i forgot Leiden's existence...
I think everyone either knows Yoder and doesn'yt care about him enough to vote
Or they've never played fe6
7:20 I'm pretty sure someone on the localization team might have done it to just see if anyone would notice and nobody ended up noticing
At least if I was on a localization team or whatever I would totally do that
and you know what's even worse about dice? the character who has the exact same circumstances as him, who's even RELATED to him is tons more popular because she doesn't have a Y chromosome and looks like Nailah.
Wasn't Luke the guy who wasn't featured in a banner for like 3 years? Hahaha
@@SethJV nah he shows up every now and again
Dice is Deltre's favorite Viking
If we have Choose Your Legends, we also should Choose Your Forgettable (units)
NO YODER MY BOY!
I was on board to vote for dice but Im afraid Im needed elsewhere
I hadn't heard of any of these characters aside from Garret and Yoder; the Japanese only FE games have never really interested me (aside from FE6).
Hayden?
@@ebicbarton That's a good point I had heard of Hayden but I didn't actually know you could unlock him. I knew vagually that there are secret characters and I know they're mostly comprised of bosses, but I wasn't aware Hayden was one of them, and I had forgotten Hayden had existed.
Shoutout to Barret for being one of the only Binding Blade units to have decent art for the game they appear in lol
Quality thumbnail
Yes
Effing Yoder??? What is wrong with people? I guess too few people actually played Binding Blade.
Hayden is a meh unit, yes, but he appears a lot of times for the party to give advice and information. He's important to the group for much of the story.
The real No. 1 forgotten character is Kellam (FE 13).
...See? He didn't even make the list!
I think I played the Translated One in Binding blade IDK I attempted to support Yoder and Niime but I couldn't read it's it was glitched
Yoder supports conversations are actually one of the most insterstings in FE6. I think he is highly unaprettied even by Binding Blade fans.
Out of curiosity, who was the lowest voted woman that would qualify for this?
Taking only playable characters into account.
Safy (776), Tanya (776), Daisy (Genealogy), Larum (Binding Blade), Natasha (Sacred Stones) and Kjelle (awakening) all had really poor showings in this year's cyl.
But even then the lowest amongst that group Kjelle got 40 votes so still far better than the men in this video.
I seem to recall Jeanne (Nanna's substitute in fe4) being tied with Garett at 16 votes
@@Superluigi881 NATASHA? Those bastards! She's the reason we can recruit Joshua! (also her supports with him are cool)
@@SethJV She went from 421 votes in CYL 1 to 41 in CYL 5... I knew being in heroes would reduce her numbers but... ouch.
@@Superluigi881 being a healer in a game that hates standard healers definitely ruins her popularity
I suggested this kind of list to a PokeTuber a while back and they never did one so I'm happy to have an FE version
the fact that yoder is not only on here, but at the very bottom of the list, is honestly a genuine shock. I would think he'd at least be more popular than garret, of all people.
Ralph RIP
10:29 You're right Mangs, Macellan really doesn't deserve to be on this list
Macellanbros rejoice
I really dont agree with your analyse of Luke x)
First he is really not bad in FE12 also his personalituy is more like Sain for me .
And his last support with Rody is great
Yoder would have been much more popular if made level 19, taken 1-2 stats out of his bases, and gave him growths that were over 100% in every stat
Basically Light magic Karel?
@@bernardogobiao7092 yes. That's the joke
Dont change the placeholdr thumb pleease I love it
Surprised to see Yoder as number 1. Was not surprised to see a bunch of pre-fe6 characters
i certainly forgot about the characters at 0:18 , who were they again?
Meg, Vyland, Karla
Conomor is a fantastic unit! I was saddened to see him on here...
Smh Belf didn't make it even tho he is just Leiden with funny hair.
Edit: and a funnier name
How the hell is Luke one of the most forgettable units. He’s in heroes and he’s also one of the best FE12 units.
The only reason I remember him is by being that one OG 5 star that I legit couldn't get for years
Statscrewed
Luke is my cavalier whenever I play 3 or it's remake 11 and I'm surprised he got less votes that most of Marths ensemble
We really are sleeping on Garret. But how did Ralf, of all people get more votes than these people? No one cares about Ralf.
Maybe because I made a spotlight about him.
Who's ralf
@@starkillahx A playable character in Metal Slug 6, 7, XX, MSD and the immunity frame clusterduck that is MSA.

Top 10 forgettable charcaters:
10. That guy
9. That guy
8. That girl
7. That lady
6. That child
5. That man
4. That dragon/beast thingy
3. That character
2. That character which I forgot the gender
1. That thing which I forgot if it were human
Totally forgetable
I'm thinking about a Genealogy blind run soon. How common is getting a replacement character? I feel like I'd get super attached if I brought one to end game.
Quite uncommon from what I've read (never played FE4), pairing looks very natural. Especially if you've used to building supports.
Yodel? Really!? Wow...
Mangs: Mentions Karla for being bland
Me: Karla is the worst unit in fe7, she's mentioned in top ten worst fe7 characters
Hayden looked sad, that's why they gave him the extra 5% strength growth.
You mean a certain armorknight ninja from awakening ?
Who was he again?
10:09 This is even more funny considering Meg exists. Or Edelgard lololololol.
Dolph really is a placeholder thumb
So basically what we need is a duo Dolph and Macellan.
Edit: I misspelt his name twice. That's kinda sad....
For some reason Knoll immediately comes to mind. I like his design, just always thought he was crap and never used him
Yeah, he's crap. Probably would be the worst unit in Sacred Stones, if it weren't for Marisa
His stats are bad but the fact that he can become a summoner automatically makes him good in my book
GOTTA LOVE THE LUKE! In all seriousness I have the dude at +10 and he's a fucking monster too bad people are sleeping on him and he's starting to slowly show his age but his kill potential is still really good.
Alot of Genoalogy and Thracia characters.... Maybe reinhardts game is really forgotful.... Maybe remake tine?
Reinhardt's Game?!??!!??! (LoL), it's not forgettable at all, it's just not very well known
@@rockotarsoldaccount i mean in the vast sea of fe game even older games (marth and FE6 and 7) are more recognizable even tho they're just as old. Also yeah his game, since hes obviously the protagonist rather than seliph
@@GigaReploid recognizability and memorability are not the same things, most people who have played Thracia remember it, it has more than a few forgettable characters but that doesn't make the whole game forgettable, Also Leif is actually the main character of Thracia, unless you were just trolling with Seliph bit
@@FiboSai Maccelan can be called Big Mac though, which makes him useable
I do remember Yoder and Garret
Having only played Awakening, Fates, and SoV, my most forgettable are Stahl, Beruka, Laslow (I never had him as a kid in Awakening), and, to a lesser degree, Tobin. I wouldn’t put Forsyth in there because I actually used him more than Lukas since his resistance was higher and got a level or two in it. He’s a Forsyth to be reckoned with.
@@Superluigi881 Oh yeah, I didn’t even consider the kids because I use them so little.
4:51 "Thracia is already a game not very popular game among the fanbase"
Mekkah: I think we need to have a talk Fanbase.
Macellan: but who is the original and who is the clone?
Dolph: if you're asking that, you already know the answer.
Macellan: Shut up, clone!
I know who I'm gonna vote next CYL
