May be the driver. I've installed retroarch on my notebook and never did open the selected game. Later I discovered that is the video driver selected. My video driver is direct3d. The selected driver on options was opengl. After change, the games run normally. Try it.

Thank you for your comment. I haven't tried running any emulated games for N64,PSX ect. Because i'm 99.99% :) sure they wont work on my Chromebook. Nvidia Shield TV 2017 edition with Retroarch app Stuggles a bit to emulate N64, PSX games, so i don't think that much slower device like Acer R11 Chromebook will be any better then Nvidia android gaming box. P.S. But i'm still tempting - i will try some games for each of gaming console and post a video.
N64 works great for me also I can emulate diablo from the ps1 without issues I had to download he BIOS for the play station though.And I have the same exact chromebook as him.

I believe you can. After all core files and other updates downloaded you can run this app (emulator) offline. I'll test just to make sure that I'm saying 100% truth.
Yes you can I have psp emulator and gba and snes and ds and even n64 all work perfect which is funny people say chromebook can't game but it can using what he said you need a zarchiver or something to extract the files though. :)

GameCube (Dolphin) core hasn't been optimized for Android yet...

Yes. App has permitions to read SD card.

Your ROM files - what format these files are ?

Not all emulators will detect files inside the zip. Try to extract one and scan again.
@@MRPtech I already did, nothing happen also, I extract the files with the ES File Manager app, and the when I do this the extracted folder is empty
