@itchy boots I know that petrol station, when I was in the British Army I went to Belize for jungle warfare & survival training etc… the guy at the pump is awesome & we nicknamed him Bobby, or Bobbys Benzene, he is a great guy, met him twice, but oh boy did it take a long time to fill up a Land Rover. He got his trousers (new army style/pattern) & his shirt (old jungle pattern) from us which we gave him for all the help he gave us in opening up early or late, he would wait for us. I’m sure he has a wardrobe full of army gear as all the guys over the years would give what we could. He even is wearing a blue staple belt which is the colour of the SAS (Special Air Service) Special Forces who always are in Belize 🇧🇿. The area has a VERY strong connection with the Army & there are many GREAT places to eat n I had the BEST fresh fish I’ve ever tasted there, everyone knows everyone & such friendly people, we got really mothered by the woman who would cook for us & a very welcome break from eating army ration packs, it was a small what I thought was just a cafe but really fantastic food, should of had 3 Michelin stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ easy. I was shocked when I saw it n I thought hang on I know that place, I can’t remember the real name of the chap tho. Thanks for bringing back awesome memories & you really are outstanding in what you do Norally, I’m sure you are going to be very famous soon so get ready for all those tv chat shows when u get back to Holland 🇳🇱

Guatemala is so beautiful, rich, unique and magical. Guatemala has many beautiful provinces like San Marcos, Quetzaltenango, Belice, Izabal, Solola, etc. Guatemala even gets some snow in the western highlands during December and January. Itchy Boots- First woman to circumnavigate Mars (on a motorcycle). I can hear it now: "Good morning Earth! It's 8:00 am here on Mars. Today I am riding to Cavas Plaum, an interesting geological feature here on central Mars. Being the newly appointed Director of the United Nations Museum of Natural History in Amsterdam, I have a special interest in the geological feature. But before I leave, I am having a breakfast of packed space food and Tang. I just fueled my bike with hydrogen and liquid oxygen. Perhaps today, we will see some of the wildlife here on Mars. The area we will be traveling through is known for being the home of little green men. Let me show you where we are going on a map..... Due to the low gravity here on Mars, I will be traveling at 200 km/hour......................."

The little towns of Belize have such unique names. You are so right about the helpfulness of small communities- a breakfast invite from the petrol attendant (that system was so unique!). The menonite carriages are so interesting in design. Now Lamanai was a real highlight. So glad you persisted in returning. The temples were is interesting, especially the huge masks and the jaguar representation. Thank you for the history and the time frame. ❤️

Yes it is the Guatemalan Mayan territory for almost 3,000 years. Founded in 1609 by the Spanish the Kingdom of Guatemala that extends from El Soconusco (Chiapas) to part of Panama. The english pirates and criminal lords came centuries later. Noralys the new voice for the Guatemalan recovery of its territory of Belice. The Malvinas belong to Argentina 🇦🇷 and Belice belongs to Guatemala 🇦🇷. God bless

Is so beautiful and rich the Kingdom of Guatemala established since 1609 and that extends from El Soconusco (today Chiapas) to part of Panama. (English criminal pirates came centuries later). Guatemala is 12th producer of silver in the world and 20th producer of gold besides having massive reserves of nickel, jade and so many other natural resources too bad for almost a century big foreign multinational anglosaxon corporations have been taking almost everything. Long live Juan Santamaria the heroe of Costa Rica who died in battle against the anglo pirates. The Malvinas belong to Argentina 🇦🇷, The Esequibo belongs to Venezuela 🇻🇪 and Belice belongs to Guatemala 🇬🇹. Guatemala exploited and sabotaged for almost a century but never gives up!. Long live the great Scottish patriot William Wallace (Braveheart). The biggest patriotism is to fight for your sacred land. God bless you all 🙏

Noraly so nice to see you are still in Guatemala visiting the Guatemalan territory of Belice. Guatemala has nice provinces like San Marcos, Quetzaltenango, Belice, Izabal, Solola, etc Guatemala even gets some snow in the highest points of the western highlands. Belice is 100% Guatemalan territory by law and history. Anglo multi-millionaire corporations and the parasite, pirate and criminal monarchy from the small island of England have done a lot damage and exploitation in the Guatemalan territory of Belice for almost a century; besides the money laundering of millions and also giving refuge to big criminal businessmen like John McAfee. The Malvinas belong to Argentina 🇦🇷 and Belice belongs to Guatemala 🇦🇷. God bless your travels 🙏 and God bless you all 🙏

Another gem, really enjoyed it. During a conversation with a small town gas station attendant in South Dakota, he said to me, "If you come to our small town and need gas, and I'm closed, just get ahold of the local police, he'll let me know you're there. I'll come down and help you out." Of course, that was back in the late 80's, and a lot of places are self serve now, even after they're closed. Stay safe on your journeys, Noraly. (PS: Pop that cinnamon bread in the microwave for about 10 seconds and it'll seem like it's freshly baked.)

Bienvenida a México!!
