Fn key + F1 worked for me.
It took my pc to sleep, then i hit the power button and moved my mouse and it started working just fine

I pressed fn + f1.
It went into sleep mode. After I pressed the power button once, it. Worked like magic!

I tried everything in this video except resetting my laptop because I had a lot of important programs I needed. What worked for me instead was updating my laptop to the latest version. Even though it said my laptop was up to date,I selected check for updates then installed the most resent one that popped up and voila my laptop restarted and everything was back to normal, hope this helps

None of that worked for me. I know i wiped the keys down with a cloth after the screen, and even a factory reset didn't give me an arrow on my screen now. It was working fine before I dusted it!
