  • Now this is my favorite recovery drill, I got it from Coach Bob Bowman, he used to have Michael Phelps do it. It is a bit challenging.
    The triple touch switch is where you touch your leading arm, then your hips and then enter the water.
    It helps you do 3 things
    1. control your recovery greatly
    2. forces your to engage your core as not to sink
    3. Increase the efficiency of your kick!
    If you wanna make it more challenging use a DB in either hand :)
