Super pumped on this new HSP Intake for my LML Duramax. The candy blue paint is too clean!! What do you all think of this intake and install? Not too shabby in my humble opinion!!

Like the vid! Just for your awareness you should have removed the plate beneath to allow more Airflow to the CAI.

Looks great! Makes me want to do mine... on another note, I am not an expert on all the generations of duramax engines, but I never realized how different the L5P and the LML are under the hood.

You should man! And I bet there’s even less room on the L5P! They really cram stuff in these engines bays anymore! 😅

@mrunfluencer Yes they do that's for sure! I have quite a bit of room under the hood of mine now 😉

Did you notice any improvement in mpg, perceived engine power, or sound?

I would say maybe a little bit of sound but hard to tell honestly. For me it's just knowing that I'm getting better air flow over the stock setup and also looking badass under the hood!

Yeah I don’t think they put enough in it when they rebuilt the front end so I had to top it off…or it just burns it but definitely no leaks

Thats a good point I need to remember that in the future thanks for bringing it up! This didn't really change much sound at all honestly but definitely helps the truck breathe better. I would buy it again in the future!

I have the wcfab box on my 23 l5p. Was gonna get Hsp but I spent 10 minutes looking for cold air intakes on their site and couldn’t find anything. There website needs redone need to be able to put your vehicle information in and let this website find the parts that fit that vehicle. Just isn’t intuitive like others on the market.

@@mrunfluencer no doubt. I’d love to give hsp the business but either they don’t offer intake and piping kits for 2020+ or I can’t figure out how to find them. Great video tho!
