The problem with the plane is that it had accerelation till it taken of from the ramp. You have to have a motor that keeps it in the air. Like a litle airplane motor. Love u Roman!
Yep that is the reason it does not stay up long, but it still has momentum, it would stay up a little longer and probably get lift without the ramp if they tilt the wings a bit to get more lift, front slightly higher than the rear.
To prevent it from nosediving so fast he also needs to add the tailwing to the rudder, and then also cut a little bit off the bottom front of the "rudder-piece" that he added, to level the angle of the tailwing with the actual wings... That way it could fly/glide a bit longer without any extra motor.
I did an custom built rc plane in school for engineering and you do not know how prescient we had to be on where we put our wings so we could get proper weight balance and the fact that you taped wings on an rc and it did decent makes me laugh. Thank you for being positive

You should have tried the horizontal stabilizer attached to the vertical stabilizer. I bet you would have achieved a little bit longer and more stable "flights" with the truck. Great video Roman as usual. Always good to see a fellow Ohioan making people Smile More.

Ok, here's the thing, one, you need bigger, thicker wings, to provide more lift seeing the weight of the vehicle... You have "weight vs thrust vs lift"... Also, you need to extend the rear vertical stabilizer (tailfin), and add the rear horizontal stabilizer (tail wings)... Lean upwards just slightly and make them level, if not slightly higher than the forward wings... Adding rear ballast would also help keep the nose up to assist in in keeping the vehicle level in the air... If you're looking for just distance glide, you're good with what you have, but if you want control in the air, you will need ailerons and elevators to control "pitch" and "roll" (left/right turn and nose up/down movement)... Take these suggestions into consideration, and you may have, in theory, a very cool "flying truck"...

Had one of the craziest days in my life, The best part is that my aunt just got married. And the worst part is that my cousin (3/4 years old) slipped and banged her head on a marble floor (I heard that she fell unconscious) so they called an ambulance (she was conscious before the arrival of the ambulance) and the husband's brother was a doctor and he checked on her before them taking her to the hospital where she got two stitches. I'm so glad that she's ok right now ❤️

That first takeoff went right into a flat spin. That was dope to see it without a tail at first
put the *full tail* on the back of the truck on another stick so it balances it up, and tilt the nose upwards when it flies so you have more airtime .

I think because the RC is so heavy the back flap won't support it and it would make the RC tilt up and break it
