Totally enjoyed the Bryan Johnson (Blueprint) segment (3:15-30:30)! I will be 58 in two months, and people tell me I look 20 years younger. At the end of the segment, I thought you were going to say, "By the way, he was an AI-generated character!" 🤣 What I thought was missing was a discussion about God and a religious routine (e.g., Bible reading, praying, etc.). I believe these are important for a healthy and eternal life. 🙏
After looking at Bryan's bio, I see he left the LDS church 12 years ago. I believe he could add a healthy soul to his list with a non-denominational, protestant Christian faith and routine.
Another thought, Bryan uses the pseudonym "Zero" for his books and Elon Musk likes "X". I would love to see those two discuss life and the universe together in a podcast (Tic-Tac-Toe game). 😀
All of the points you made about Mr. Johnson are exactly why he is good at what he is doing. He IS all those: well spoken, knowledgeable, genuine, quiet… etc. He was a stealthy businessman. He is also living HIS truth, he can sell it because he really believes it. He looks like he’s 46 trying to be 36, which is not a snarky judgement. And, there is something right about genes and gene therapies. I cannot wait to see if he makes it to 92… I’ve always said I’d make it 128 so I guess I’ll wait and see… Nice show!
What does he do for fun? When was the last time he went to live music, or to a museum or gallery, or gotten on a roller coaster? There's lots of research about the link between nature and wellbeing. Does he get any of his exercise hiking, skiing, sailing, or walking a dog? What's his favorite use of his 18-year-old joints? What gives him joy in life - is a perfect night of sleep enough? Is he allowed to ditch some of the 100 things he does every day to have a blast with no analysis or advance planning?
Great Bryan what a gift to the planet. Smart, forward thinking, highly self aware and can catch the excuses his mind throws up. Unlike the hosts here. Clearly triggered by Bryan’s physical and mental superiority. People love to justify their bad habits and lack of concern and their self sabotage. If this comment triggers you then it’s you I talking about.
Two more questions for Bryan.... 1. Is his hair dyed (as the color seems quite dark)? Could he be hiding the grays? 2. How is the length of his telomeres? They are the caps at the ends of our chromosomes that shorten as we age. Over time they eventually wear down and then we die.
Re telomeres. It has been published peer reviewed research for many years that telomeres can be regrown and thus lengthened through diet alone, meaning fresh food from your grocer.
I was about to state that he needs to use a lighter hair color. We should go lighter as we age. Black is too harsh and it’s so obvious on him. His skin also looks fake. To each his own!
Perhaps Bryan's tips will benefit others that want to improve their health, not necessarily to live forever. * I do sincerely hope that the 'Digital Goddess' continues to educate us in technology and wit. A pun a day, keeps the doctor away! 🙄
I’ve set myself up for failure sleep wise. Married plus 11 cats plus insomnia. I do have an upstairs so thinking about doing that once a week and see if my sleep score goes up on the nights I sleep upstairs alone.
Kim and Andrew: Great podcast ... You two are so cute, funny and knowledgeable! Yes -- the Bryan Johnson interview was thought provoking and interesting. KTB in SA,TX PS: Kim: When do you SLEEP?!? And ... you are so witty LOL!
Why during the discussion his facial skin have white splotches mostly on his right side above the right eye, and under the eye, then another white splotch on the left cheek under his eye, and then an outer corner of the left eye upper eyelash?
Agree with Andrew, looks like he's had quite a bit of plastic surgery. Very interesting person but I guess if you have all that money, why not?! And after watching the whole podcast, I'm intrigued.
I think Bryan Johnson looks like a healthy 18 year old. There is no 'age' written on his face. Looks like a beginner. Not sure I'd want to do this, but good luck to him on his journey.
For all the money he spent, he simply looks like a 46 year old who dyes his hair and has most of his cash invested in Botox. I thought the idea was to improve physical health, not physical appearance, though, in my opinion, he doesn't look natural.
Bryan Johnson is awesome 🖖

Super INTERESTING interview with Bryan Johnson. Thank you!!
Amazing episode with Bryan! People are so difficult to change.
30:33 Me the first time I found Bryan.

How are you planning to get to 128 ?
The reaper cushions! I haven't even started the video and I'm groaning already. 😂

@@jv-tx4219yes, they can be lengthened, but not to a large extent.

Eat one meal s day or eat only if you truly need fuel.
Love the streaming Facebook. Interesting interview.
I”m 72 and am in great shape. I do cardio?HIIT 3-4 times a week. No need to get blood infusions
The late Dr. William Donald Kelley said that Bryan Johnson is wrong about food choice being religious.
I want to know what Kim does / uses! You look maavellousss.
I'm in no hurry to die. I enjoy life very much! I have a great life. But who wants to live forever? Good luck to you, Bryan.
good luck
Bryan Johnson channeled Ignaz Semmelweis?
This guy looks and sounds like he is AI generated.
These dude reminds me of congressman from ny that got kicked out “range rover”😜🇺🇸

If he had plastic surgery, he's a cheater.😮

He looks as if he's video calling us from the future
Andrew with the judgy eyes lol
Bryan could benefit from watching the blue zone doumentary.
Grne therapy is what made him look younger. Becore his treatment he still looked older.
I think he looks his age, and there are many very rich people out there wanting to live forever. I think he is weird
Yes, he is...and what is the point in living forever? Living forever would be a nightmare... thank god it's not possible.
The Just For Men (too dark hair) is a dead giveaway. Most men begin graying in their 40s.
For all the money he spent, he simply looks like a 46 year old who dyes his hair and has most of his cash invested in Botox. I thought the idea was to improve physical health, not physical appearance, though, in my opinion, he doesn't look natural.
He looks to be in his mid to late 30s...but not particularly robust.
Your opinion is irrelevant what does the data say? The data says he is delaying Aging. That’s it data over human opinions
@@lukeclaydon6670 all of our opinions are irrelevant, except to ourselves. The larger question is to what does this man hope to achieve?
How does he follow the AI development… he is a multi millionaire so he must have access to some advance research centers etc .
Anyone know ?
He needs to get some vitamin D. He looks about 50.
Brian Johnson's email address
Bryan Johnson doesn't know the difference between a democracy and a constitutional republic.
Is Bryan 100? Is he living? Or just alive like an oyster? And what if a bus runs over him?
I wouldn't want his life, but he loves it...vive le difference!
Ditch this Andrew character. You're much more interesting by yourself.
Sorry, but he is just plain weird
