    Is there a second part to this video?

    What is the weight of the medicine ball compared with the weight of the shot?

    can you explain the pop part on the glide-pop?

      The athlete glides and pops straight up. This teaches the athlete to keep his body weight underneath him/her self. Many kids like to shift their weight to quickly. This is a good drill to teach them a little patience.
