Great footage in this video. This period of time in monster trucks was my favorite - trucks were starting to get really fast but still had oldschool chassis, shocks and suspensions which made controlling the bouncing on and off cars a critical skill to have to win races. Once the trucks became glorified dune buggies it lost this fun element of the race.

Given how far NASCAR has fallen in recent years as well as how big monster truck racing was for a couple years in the late 80’s during the TNT days, does anyone else think that if monster trucks had been left alone as a legitimate motorsport and not “wrestling on wheels” as Everett Jasmer called it in the early 90’s that we may honestly be looking at the number 1 motorsport in the US right now?
Respectfully, I do not think so; monster trucks were always an exhibition sport. The monsters developed from a sideshow to a sideshow, just like professional wrestling. I love monster trucks and pro wrestling, but neither of them were ever a 'real' sport. NASCAR - which bores me catatonic - evolved from basic speed competitions, which are as old as two people running on-foot to see who is faster. The monster trucks STARTED as just entertainment.
Dalek Sram this isn't technically racing to the finish. This was "monster mayhem" the uk version with the Bigfoot part tagged on the end. The full version of the interviews is on RUclips uploaded as shorter videos.
Matty Jones Hi. Can you write the tracks names here because as I see some of the tracks in your channel are already deleted and I can't see them. Thanks man.
nedsena yeah unfortunately the channel hosting many of them got banned. I've got all tracks saved and am working on re uploading then soon Adam Routh and Patrick Wilson - Timebomb. David Reilly - Title Holder. John Epping - Priority. Julian Scott and Patrick Wilson - Eliminator. Andy Clark and John Devereaux - Baby Dance. Richard Myhill - Gimme the money. Network music Ensemble - Night Hawk (available on iTunes). Network music Ensemble - Deadlines (Available on iTunes). Adam Routh and Patrick Wilson - We will rock you. Adam Routh and Patrick Wilson - Bmx bandits. Andy Clark and John Devereaux - Baby Dance. (again).
Matty Jones I suspect this version is probably a demo version. It sounds a bit less polished and obviously lacks the added synthesizers that the official version contains.
These are the ones I've managed to track down. The first three are on RUclips.. The 2nd two are on iTunes. Adam routh and Patrick Wilson - Timebomb. Julian Scott and Patrick Wilson - Eliminator. Adam routh and Patrick Wilson - Bmx bikers. Network music ensemble - deadlines. Network music ensemble - night hawk.
I'm 4 years old again. Thanks for the upload. I wish I could get the music :(

Right marketing rules package anything is possible .
I've seen 'Racing to the Finish' before, and I'm sure that the interviews with the drivers and Bob are longer.
