Thanks so much, Harley. 😀 Gerald and I have fun making the videos and we sure had fun at Miracle On Dock Street. Albert's Inn is a beautiful spot and it has gorgeous views. Part 2 will by uploaded by Thursday. 😀
What a lovely Christmas vlog You have such a calming voice. I felt very nostalgic watching. Christmas spirit, the way I remember. Somewhere, I'll definitely visit❤🎅🎄
I am so glad that you enjoyed the video, Judy, and thank you very much for the compliment 😀. Shelburne is so beautiful and it makes one feel like they have stepped back in time. 😀 🎄
oh noooooo, i just lost all i had typed. too tired to try & do it all over. lovely place, to stay. But, is the tavern still in that building ? That is also the street the movie, "Scarlet Letter "A" was shot on, with Demi Moore, maybe late 90's. They left some of the buildings like that era in time. Did you's know about & visit the tree made of lobster traps, in honor of fisher people & those lost their lives ? down the Sandy Point Road. & then u showed tree made of barrels, we have to drive down there next trip in town. We haven't been in the Ships Gallery since before c*vid. Looking forward to part 2. tfs xo 🎄🎄🥰🥰
Hi Patty 👋 There was a restaurant beneath the Inn, but I don't think 🤔 it's open. I have seen pictures of the tree made with lobster 🦞 traps, but I have never been there. Is Sandy Point very far away?
@@MichelletheIntrovert no not that far, They light it up, on timers, 4:30 a.m. for the lobster fisher people to see when leaving the wharf. I just learned of it & it's the 4th season. We hope to go again, at night to see the lights. Santa will be there, some time too. You just drive down along the water . Night hon. Eyes are sore, JUST got my own vid done to publish in the morn. xo
