oh noooooo, i just lost all i had typed. too tired to try & do it all over. lovely place, to stay. But, is the tavern still in that building ? That is also the street the movie, "Scarlet Letter "A" was shot on, with Demi Moore, maybe late 90's. They left some of the buildings like that era in time. Did you's know about & visit the tree made of lobster traps, in honor of fisher people & those lost their lives ? down the Sandy Point Road. & then u showed tree made of barrels, we have to drive down there next trip in town. We haven't been in the Ships Gallery since before c*vid. Looking forward to part 2. tfs xo 🎄🎄🥰🥰

Hi Michelle, what an interesting store! They have a bit of everything! I haven’t tried The Trailer Park Boys chips yet. Is the show still on?? When we lived outside of Dartmouth 20 years ago it was filmed quite close to my husband’s workplace. His shop was invited to watch the filming over the course of a week or so. I tagged along one day. Hubby got some photos with the various stars of the show. You can’t find Dolly Parton cakes mixes here either. Hope the two you bought are yummy! Take care and have a good weekend.❤

What a fantastic shop! It has a little bit of everything and a lot of novelty items too! (I love the Ambrose Potier slay! It would be a real holiday treat to experience a horsedrawn ride in such a magnificent vintage 'vehicle'). The East Coast prices are much lower than on the West Coast! I recently bought a Dolly Parton cake mix for $15.99 and I thought I got a real deal. The Trailer Park Boys chips were hilarious! Canadian icons! LOL! Thanks for the tour!!

We have a Running Man in New Minas Nova Scotia. I have never been there even though it’s only 15 minutes from my home! I like both Halifax and Dartmouth Crossing Costcos. But in our community we have a large store called Cambridge Connivence store and they also sell the Costco bargains and brand 5 minutes from my home.

Both of those sales had everything organized and laid out very nicely. As usual, you picked out some great bargains. Donna and I both exclaimed when you spotted that cup (6:44) and purchased it (10:30). We have 6 cups of that exact shape and size in 4 different designs (including the design on your older Christmas cup at 10:52). They are our favourite day-to-day cups for morning juice, afternoon and after supper tea times. We too, always look for "backups" for them. p.s. I wondered if anyone with the first initial of "G" was hoping for a fudge table... and then... was that fudge I spotted on the tiered cake stands? 😋
