The camera view is terrible, we know where you’re fishing in Stuart. Looking at your legs the whole time is annoying and uncomfortable. Fix your camera angles
There are very big bonefish in the Keys but there's a lot of pressure. You need long casts or the beginning of a bad front to make them less cautious. You would definitely need to be standing to see them.
Do you fish in the Sebastian/Vero Beach area a lot in the Hobie Outback? I was just wondering if that area is more fun in a Hobie Outback or a Gheenoe.

You don't need to go to Bahama or Hawaii for bonefish. Come to Miami, there is plenty of bonefish here on the flat.
add some hydrogen peroxide to your bait water and they will stay lively one to two ounce is perfect and once you get the combo right you can remove the aerator
Sail Cat's are the worst, but the big ones can be a fun fight. Those Bonefish were awesome!

Are any of those saltwater cats poisonous? I'm confident on how to hold them properly while de-hooking, but I thought I heard someone say somewhere that one or more of the species has poisonous barbs. Do you know?
They aren’t poisonous but they have I guess what you can call a poison where if they stick you it keeps your blood from clotting. Got stuck pretty good in new Smyrna, bled for over 2 hours.
