Started my fitness routine after getting inspired by you and lost 5 kgs in 2 months. I know it’s not much but I’m not on as crazy a diet as yours. I’ve just cut out maida, milk and milk products and junk food, basically anything that adds fat and carbs, and coupled it with a decent workout regime every day. I don’t want a ripped body, just something that looks and feels fitter. I feel much, much more confident than before now and it is all thanks to you. 🙏🏼

I was 142.50KG about a year ago now I am 125 KG, journey is still moving ahead at a slow and steady pace. Thanks that gives a motivation to continue the Journey. The word Vocabulary is good liked it. Your diet is not good for health in the long run. That much of protein powder and caffeine (which you will probably reduce as days pass) will cause loads of problems. Also, vitamins and minerals should come from green vegetables instead of tablets and pills.
