Hyderabad has a ton of amazing Indian street food. Eating it is extremely satisfying and delicious. We flew in to Hyderabad to travel and specifically try and eat all of the best street food we could find. During Ramzan (Ramadan), there is a lot of special street food on offer that is really satisfying to watch being made. Today, we're getting into the back kitchen of a MONSTER dosa restaurant, and also watching the recipe for Hyderabadi biryani all being made from scratch. Indian cooking is some of the best in the world, and we came here to try it out.
The huge volume of spices will make your taste buds come alive, with tons of chili, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, and more, all in the local masalas that are worth flying here for!
Today, we're trying out 6 amazing Indian street foods, the addresses are shown below:

Where to begin Trevor! You keep hitting perfect 10s and some 9+s too. What a fantastic place Asia is in a culinary sense. China is sensational and India, well, sublime! I cannot imagine eating so much perfect food, all in one day or even a week. My mom made a great lamb curry and that is what I thought Indian food was for a long time. I occasionally go to one of Toronto’s Indian buffets and try everything realizing that it isn’t just the heat but a myriad of herbs and spices. What you ate in this episode, including the tongue, a favourite of mine, and the hoof keeps me drooling, literally, throughout. I want to try it all and am considering a guided food tour of India and China all to try the various and sundry foods you show us while enjoying many feasts. Thanks so much Trevor. You have opened up my horizons as well as, I suspect, many thousands more! The Indian government should give you a medal for opening up the many flavours of a fascinating country. Cheers, Colin.

Yes, Hyderabad has been one of my favourite destinations for food! This 70mm Dosa is approx 110 cms; named 70mm because of the 70mm theatre screen?
The chutneys look delicious specially the ginger and jaggery. Andhra chutneys for me are about the best in southern India.
My first Kheema & naan meal was in the year 1966, when I was just 7 yrs, at the Alps Restaurant nr the Secunderabad station.

For anyone confused as to why the dosa is called 70mm instead of cm, its a reference to 70mm widescreens found in cinema theaters. So it is indeed 70mm, not 70cm. Besides that dosa looks bigger than 70cm if you go by that logic anyway. :P

Indian hotels here prepare same sauce for every damn Indian food, Indian food in India tastes completely different, so you never really tried indian food until you visit india, just my experience.
