      Used to watch Steve and Rich as they were consistent daily vloggers at the time so love that reference he made. Feel as though Steve has took his foot off the RUclips gas since he passed the 1 million milestone, still one of the best creators tho

    Love the videos a suggestion for camera man. Try to zoom out more so we can see Steve's form. The example was the face pulls. Lot of variations doing this excercise, but i couldn't see how Steve's bottom form looked till pausing it and noticed he's kneeling down. Great content non the less

    I've noticed that for a lot of people, having heavy days and lighter/high volume days is normally part of their routine. I usually keep it heavy everyday, then at the end of my sets I'd do 1 or 2 sets of high volume at a light weight. Is this a good way to do it? Or would it be more beneficial to have a heavy day and a light day?

    I like to use straps when doing been over rows/ pendlay rows to take the forearm out more and spend less focus on grip

      Yeah not being able to hold the weight even if you can do it for that movement sucks. I like using straps for my grip. They just helps with that extra weight
