I usually keep it heavy everyday, then at the end of my sets I'd do 1 or 2 sets of high volume at a light weight. Is this a good way to do it? Or would it be more beneficial to have a heavy day and a light day?
Yeah not being able to hold the weight even if you can do it for that movement sucks. I like using straps for my grip. They just helps with that extra weight
