6:42 Isometrically it might work the lats if you actively contract them but it mainly targets the lower traps and anterior delts eccentrically. The opposite movement would work the lats eccentrically.
Great video Steve! Just a pointer on the skierg to save your shoulders and give you more power without wasted energy. Keep your arms in parallel lines (pull down and reach back up without swinging out in wide circles). Imagine downhill skiing with long poles. Love the skiierg!!
He has lower back issues. Squats and deads aren't totally necessary to pack on size anyway... His size is also very achievable if you've spent many years consistently training in a calorie surplus.

Around the 9:30-10 min mark the audio goes into only one headphone/speaker. It been happening recently on videos
