I was in for FT rendition but , the more I saw of badcubes bugs they just seemed to click with me better. If you ever get a chance you should def take a look at them! The storm was a mess we're still drying up from the flooding.
only thing you forgot to mention is the sheer quality "feel" of this guy brought on by the fact that he weighs a TON. He must be like 75% die cast at least...weighing in more than alot of other bot 2 and 3 times his size (I've compared to MP soundwave, the seekers, etc)
Wow I checked mine and he had the same issue with the waist. If it wasn't for your video I would have guessed that he didn't have a swivel. Thanks for pointing that out. Dude is heavy too, can't wait for the others.

I have the bad cube. This looks terrific, and will probably get it, but I will say that the badcube does clean up nicer as their Bombshell has no junk hanging off his back. Also no plastic on plastic squeak or tolerance issues. Would like to see you do a comparison video with Bad Cube.
If I was more into the insecticons, I would totally get this or the Badcube set. Alas, I only have so much room to display things and my Metroplex is taking up too much room. I really thought CW Bombshell was done really well for the price. I gave it to my nephew as a present, and he has been enjoying it. BTW did Misses Skullface finally show her face in one of your videos? This would have been a first I think.
skullface is it bad that I find it funny that people when they get a broken or messed up figure by an online retailer they don't call the retailer to get a replacement figure?
I absolutely love this figure. The tolerances on mine (purple version) weren't as bad as yours. The waist, legs and arms are all good. One of the bug legs was a little squeaky, but that's about it. This is a home run for Fans Toys and I can't wait for their next release. I'm especially looking forward to getting Stomp after seeing those test shot photos.

Hey Bobby, just want to know if you can help me with a little advice for me pls. Do you know how I can make the ball joints a bit tight, coz my fansproject Bombshell has a loose shoulder, and my Shrapnel has a loose hinge. Is there a way to fix this?
Just watching this today after getting mine at TFCon, and I had loosened the 2 center screws on the hips rather than the back of the body. Loosening the body ones makes it work a lot better than the hips, so thanks for the better fix.
An like magic the QC sticker is back on again at the end of the video, an has no damage or wear just like it had never been removed!!!! It must be magic... hehehehe.

I think it's partially because gray feels more like an exclusive (like how TakTom made their Legends Bombshell gray, not purple). But alt form looks a little dull in gray, so it's hard to decide. :/ Bombshell is one of my fave Decepticons, though, so gotta get this guy! :D In any tropical climate, rain helps cool everything off (not to mention how peaceful it can look), so I hope that joke wasn't about any ruined vacation! lol Cause personally speaking, "I'm only happy when it rains!" :D

I was able to get the grey chest version as I don't see it on around anymore besides the purple version. Question though Bubbeh.! We're the insecticons really that short? To the point, perfect review. Fans Toys is the way to go for masterpieces no doubt. Only downside, are the options they give us. Which version to choose argh! But it's great to have choices.
great review 😆 i like FT'S individuality in a MP tepresentation but i found them to be not so toon accurate. Not short and stocky enough. Plus having to choose between one transformation being non toon accurate unless you but both versions. Badcubes hit it of the park for me. everything is G1 toon accurate. But FT'S is still a worthy addition. And everyone needs a swarm 😉
with titan's return line getting a new titan class Fortress maximus i am goping that fort max will get his title of being the tallest transformer ever back...
i ve seen both fantoys grenadier and badcube hypno, though grenadier looks by far more awesome, badcube's hypno has that thing of chest color changing like he actually does in g1 cartoon. so i am actually confused which one do u guys think that looks more similar to g1 cartoon

Awesome figure, like this one in purple the most, only nitpick is the antenna on the robot head, extreme fragile, should be better made of die cast
