I still have a hard time to this day watching Shaka's final battle... but I have nothing but respect for everything he and SaTan stood for. Keeping up with lions today, you really see just how rare the Mapogos were - the Mlowathis in particular. There will never be another duo like them. Even now I am sad thinking of how they went out. But, at the same time, they lived the life of a male lion to the fullest. And I have nothing but respect for the fact that both brothers went out on their own terms - tooth and claw until the very last breath. I see a lot of Kings go out old and starved. But these warriors went out fighting with no fear and no surrender. As sad as it makes me sometimes, I'm also incredibly proud. We should all be so lucky to live life as fully and as ruthlessly as these two did.

When I heard KINKY tail was dead, I cried, he was my favorite lion. He was the youngest of the six but was also the bravest. HE WAS ALWAYS THE BRUTE OF ALL THE ATTACKS. HE WAS GAME FOR ANYTHING. ONCE A KING ALWAYS A KING.

This whole thing on how it went down is a shame.This was such a beautiful lion and if these two lions were set up to end their era well karma actually caught up to their wonderful Manjeline coalition later on in life.I always say what goes around comes around because near the end of the Manjelines Kinkytail did get his revenge because Kinkytails daughters abandoned them and their pride .I know it is terrible for me to say but these same lions would have killed Kinkytails daughters if they would have stayed because they were too young to mate so thanks to the TSLSA tailess female she took them and ran.They killed the remaining four including Kinkytails only son.This is when they reached maturity mated with them had several cubs and I think deep down inside these girls couldn't keep up with such a big pride so they left them.Scar and Darkmane starved to death and I heard hyenas were feasting on them while taking their last breath..I am sorry I love lions but these two I didn't like.The only one I did like was Hipscar because he wasn't like the other three.So when they died its was no great loss to me

Out of all the lions he was my favorite and will be in my heart forever.He was the most handsome I thought and that walk like I'm the king prove me different.His eyes told all.I still think of Kinkytail to this day.He and his brothers are in a much better place.Together they are and no one can break that bond.Brotherhood they were.

A male lion's life is pretty stressful. Aside from mating he has to guard the pride from rogue males from takeover & make frequent patrols of his domain. Most of them end up brutally killed by opposition lions in a takeover.

For me KT was the bravest. Mr T came into the scene midst the last fight of KT’s life, but left being overpowered.
KinkyTail courage, magnificent looks, bravery and above all, loyalty to his bro is unmatched.
He had a very gruelling and exhausting fight in killing one Majinglane the day before, the sprint and charge he had to run upto the 4 Majinglanes for the final fight the very next day for me, was the most fearless and challenging expression of the lion he was.

What i can't understand is how Mr T got separated from KT? There was talk that Mr T and KT/Shaka each chased 2 other Manjigilanes that night. Then Mr T for some reason just stopped chasing his two? (these two then retraced to 4v1 on KT/Shaka) These two never backed down but Mr T does this time? Very suspicious.
