am i the only one that, when i hear songs like this on acoustic. I imagine myself with others sitting outside around a fire. or a big get together, and im playing a guitar this good and everyone's just listening to it and enjoying themselves? i cant play guitar tho... but that thought pushes me to want to try and learn.

Bro I'm a boy scout and we do this a lot, not anymore because of covid, but there was this guy that always played some romantic shit and I found it awful, I've just started playing guitar, and I hope to be quite good at it when we start to do trips again so I can play some metal in the acoustic lol

Wow! I learned all the parts and so I wanted to see how others put the song together on solo acoustic. I got a little more than I was looking for and I have to be honest, I feel sort of discouraged because I just found out how much work my playing needs. I am going to work on nothing but Fade to Black everyday until I have this down. Thank you for giving me direction. Sometimes that’s all you need to be motivated to get better and I really appreciate it. I really dig that solo you threw into the intro. Really cool.
