I started making capsules in 2014. My husband couldn't swallow his coated prescription pills so I started crushing them and putting them into capsules. He had head and neck cancer so it worked until he couldn't swallow anything. I bought two different size capsules and the little capsule machines which made this process go a lot faster.

There's a great green black walnut hull powder / wormwood capsule protocol for systemic yeast & parasites. It requires a LOT of capsules, so a larger capsule machine would make it far faster. My machine makes 25 caps at a time. It's great.

Heidi, a wonderful video. I do not digest much of anything anymore. I have a major need for magnesium and my tablets are not doing it. But, what would give one 1000mg of magnesium/day vegetarian. I Ordered some capsules that I will start the day I get them to see if it helps, right now using a magnesium spray on strains and aches and it works great from Good health USA. Just got it and am amazed that if it is working, where is my 1000mg/day going?
You are special and I greatly appreciate all you share from the experience and hard work you have put in. I think people think this just happens over night. It is a journey and I have a Ph.D. and there is so much to learn and as you age, you have to be able to change. For instance, fasting and taking multi vits is not recommended for over 50. Taking what one needs, yes, but not just a scattering because one lives on a poor diet. Fasting is individual but if gardening and working, You need a stable input of nutrition and calories to stay in balance. It is wonderful that so many are following you now and willing to change and learn.
