- Metal detecting a 1700's colonial home in Massachusetts. Original house was built in 1776 with an addition added mid 1800's. it is said that John "Grizzly" Adams resided in the home for a year or two. Recovered some great relics in a small section of the yard dating within Grizzly Adams lifetime. Did they belong to him?
