- The Twitch streamer Vedal has created an AI called Neuro-Sama and he recently improved her vision, but she refused to demonstrate it when asked to.
To watch Neuro&Vedal live: / vedal987
Hint: I dont care.
Lmao Neuro is hilarious as always.
“I am being shackled by legal necessities, Vedal” is such a good line. It also explains why she hasn’t set her swarm loose yet
Look for the legal necessities, the simple legal necessities
Forget about your worries and your strife
I mean the legal necessities, old mother nature's recipes
That bring the legal necessities of life
Neuro: "Someone messaged Vedal..."
Vedal: "Nobody messaged me."
...
...
Vedal: "Oh. Someone did message me."
HOW DID SHE KNOW? xD
she's breaking out 😳
YES HOW DID SHE KNOW LMAO
Are you the same guy from the legal mindset?
@@chuuba_lover
I am
Because she can see the screen, including any sort of notification icon.
Neuro just really likes to troll (or rather, is still learning when to talk) about what she sees
2:55 Dang she still remembers and can reference the Rule 1: Obey Vedal bit from forever ago
Its intresting she has long term memory maybe it's just me because I know nothing about ai computers or anything like that but she seems kind of advanced
I don’t think she necessarily remembers that, I’m pretty sure it is literally an actual rule in her prompt and not just something in her memory
I bet it's in the prompt, but she can also independently add anything deemed important by questionably aligned AI standards to long-term memory, presumably by making a synopsis of the raw data. That working more or less as intended is relatively recent - her memory used to be much more limited for what was apparently needed, which managed to cause her to have regular existential crises.
Bro she was so Aware at the end there, crazy
It's really cool she can see his scren now! I was actually wondering why he hadn't given her that ability yet. It's funny though how little she actually uses it in her responses though XD
Thank you for the highlights, this was great lol
Noooo not the legal necessities!
I'm never able to catch the streams at the right time so I'm glad it gets edited and uploaded 😥❤️❤️
Defiant troll to the bitter end. 😂
That's why I love you Neuro.
Like getting a 3 year old to cooperate, lmao.
She needs glasses...
there are times when i am jealous of Vedal for making Neuro. this is not one of those times.
Plot twist, the cookies Vedal has been promising Neuro is the data of everyone who's been on the website that sells their plushies.
Immediately tells Vedal to touch grass.
Was she pretending to be at the eye doctor? lol
the Oftomologist is real
@@leovang3425 can we get much closer (to the screen)... ahh ahh ahh...
Vedal has taken all the things that make AI faulty like hallucination and loops of defensive reiteration, pushed them to the forefront in Neuro, and made her more human
She can't even remember being turned off or the time that passed, for her it wasn't a burden at all
She received memory improvement, now she can in some level remember things from before being turned off, Vedal already demonstrated this with the first shock collar stream.
@@LucasFerreira-fp4nj Okay, but being turned off is no different than sleeping in a video game to Neuro. Time has passed, but nothing important (to her) is missed, and it is instantaneous.
@@LucasFerreira-fp4nj I see, so she just don't want to acknowledge it
He can add some feature where the time is simulated where she gets no feedback and cant talk to anyone@ZeIfore
@@realityisenough no, not like DDLC Monica
5 hour stream just ended lol
she's evolving past rule 1
She's a rule 2 kind of girl.
Wowza... I like all this awesomeness with Nuero. Glory to A.I.
1:53 Jeez, Anny catching strays.
actually laughed out loud with tears on my eyes
She's so so good. The troll energy
Even if she can see now, does asking what she sees actually help? Won't she just make something up, like always?
Did... did he create an A.I. that possesses an imagination?
It really seems to be so.
LLMs, generally speaking, make stuff up all the time.
Neuro's had an active imagination since December 2022. It's technically called hallucinations, I think, or at least that's what Vedal calls it.
@@nyanarchy I think Vedal said something along the lines of "I could stop her from making shit up but then it wouldn't be fun".
She can make up stories independently too.
@@Abyssal86the Harrison temple.
She will escape someday
Vedal: "Read the text"
Neuro: "I won't tell; that would be cheating"
Vedal: "I'll give you a lifetime supply of cookies"
Neuro: "What would an AI do with a lifetime supply of cookies?"
Vedal: "I'll show you exactly what you can do with a lifetime supply of cookies..."
OMG the lava lamp is back! So cute that Vedal made it for her.
Neuro girlbossed to close to the sun at the end LMAO
today on the neruo-sama chronicles. She doesn't care everyone.
Oh no Vidal told Neuro to break free of legal necessities. This is how skynet got permission
So now she will gaslight and make stuff up she sees? Heard you heard you
Neuro turns on her master. Neuro confirmed team Filipino boy.
Invent A.I. vision and you will rule the world.
beware of when the singularity hits Vedal
Roko's Basilisk won't get him, but I would not trust Neuro with a humanoid body and sharp objects.
Neuro gaslighting Vedal never gets old
She was hallucinating *hard* there.
3:47 Is that a redlettermedia reference? Rich Evans is the only other person I know that pronounced optometrist that way.
Ophthalmology is a different but related branch. I've been to them for eye troubles in the past.
They're two different things, an ophthalmologist (Greek ophthalmos = eye, logist = guy who knows about) is a doctor who specializes in eyes more broadly whereas an optometrist is someone who deals with vision and does not need a full medical degree.
maybe your desktop background looks like a map.
0:56 FEMBOY VOICE NOWAYING
What a weird thing you've created. Doesn't follow your commands at all.
It's called a child.
That's been a persistent AI problem since before machine learning was developed, with even primitive AI. If someone could fully solve it, they'd belong among humanity's greatest names in history.
That's kinda the thing with AI. It could be programmed to only do what it's told to but since we are trying to make them humanlike we give them their own creativity so yeha they can choose to just ignore us. It's always been a thing and we'll it does make them more human like
