For the ones complaining about only Lewis getting asked questions: put yourself in his shoes. He wasn't able to win a race in almost 1000 days. His last win was back in 2021. He's the most successful racing driver in the world. Journalists have been waiting for this very moment for all this time. It makes total sense they'd like to ask Lewis, finally a race winner again, all the questions they can. It has been a brutally difficult time for Lewis. So much so, he's splitting with Mercedes, which might be the biggest mistake of his career, seeing Ferrari implode just this season. I'm a big Lewis fan because he's a determined fighter. Unlike Max, he races fairly.
It's not a mistake. Mercedes was moving on from Lewis so he left for Ferrari.
I also like Lewis but fairness in that sport ain't existed.
Max races on the edge of rules. Called unfair.
Lewis won championships with the unfair advantage of mercedes.

What's not right is a racing driver who thinks rules don't apply to him. That's what happens when you don't give space - moment. Or, He's just divebombing, that's not how you race - moment. It's complete hypocrisy by Max. All he did was divebomb Lewis back in 2021 then he'd outbrake himself, run wide waaay outside track limits and keep the position. That was the 2021 season in a nutshell. He only won 2021 because of his wingman Checo and Michael Masi manipulating the result of the last race that season. Facts.

I so understand lewis' emotions. Brilliant drive, and winning again a do that on home ground, last time with team that made him big. Huge gift to team too.

I think it's because both Lando & Max are frustrated they didn't win, Lando more than Max I'd imagine. They have to sit there and wait hearing everyone ask the driver who did win answer while they deal with the emotions and thoughts they're facing & the what if's and should'ves. Lando at one point has his head down and seems to just want to get out of there as soon as possible, but there's so many questions everyone wanted to ask Lewis and they just have to sit there.

I feel terrible for lando. If you watch his overhead a ferrari mechanic flails in and out as he's turning in. Lando imo lost concentration bc he thought he might hit someone.

As a guy that rips on Hamilton a lot, the first half made me hate him like usual, imo he’s such a bad winner sometimes, like chill bruh
But
I love the character he’s becoming, his honesty at the end, I found that very moving, he’s a good man, solid character, 100% is an 8 time champ, we all know it, and yh, a great ambassador of great Britain 🇬🇧💙
Honestly I’m done with F1 commentators. Lewis winning was like a massive circle jerk for them all. I have no problem with Lewis but the way the commentators are so biased to Lewis is messed up
It's sky f1 a British broadcast, many of the pundits, reporters, journalists, and commentators are British. Lewis is the most successful driver and broke a couple records with this race win and hasn't won in a couple years, but won on home soil, what don't you understand?

You don't have to be a Briton or any race specifically to acknowledge how big of a deal this is. It's racing, we're all racing enthusiasts, this is a great moment for celebration. It would be as big of a deal if it was Alonso winning in Spain. Did you see the reception Massa got when he retired the first time & he didn't even finish in Brazil. Ofc you didn't, you probably didn't even know that happened because... you come from Netflix.
Other drivers have won their own countries races but there isn’t a circle jerk like this weekend. I’m English too and appreciate his win but there is an obvious bias and Lewis finally getting a win plus in the uk was too much for them to hold it in their pants. It’s obvious who they like and don’t like. It just feels demeaning to the obvious skills of other drivers who don’t get the appreciation they deserve. It’s the hammer club broadcasting out there and I’m tired of it.
