I got a Job in Regional Rural Bank as a Senior Manager...Gross.salary 1.5 Lakh per month...plus many benefits like Housing Loan of 1 crore,Car loan of 20 lakh(both @simple interest).

Who told PSU jobs have good work life balance? When your in mangement role you have to come early and go late. Otherwise nobody will work properly under you.

That all depends on the company and role that varies every year.
PSU is ok, work life balance is also good, but you compromise with your health. You live in a pollution and noise filled environment and there will be a hospital in the plant where your health will be checked every month since there are some toxic gases (10 ppm in millions) the probability of exposing to those gases is nill but still the environment is not good for health.

Please make a dedicated video about career in INVESTMENT BANKING after an MBA in Finance from a top tier institute. According to my research I came to know that this career pays a lot but it is equally difficult to get into and requires crazy working hours, but after a few years experience it gives you a lavish lifestyle and a huge salary. Keeping in mind one may even get to work in top IB firms in US, UK after an experience in India. Please throw some light on it.

1.PSU pays well but work life balance is not good if you are on site, although some of it roles have good work life balance but not all man.

3. IT roles like dev, cloud, data science
