Hey Mike, thanks a lot for this! I am considering wrapping 10' long PVC pipes, 3.5" in outer diameter, and didn't want to have to do the math to figure out the angle, total length, etc. :) However, please check your latest download of the Excel, on the 2nd page with overlap, the formula for the total strip length seems to be looking at the wrong cells. I ran the calcs with 0% overlap on that page and got a very small result, vs. a much larger number on the first worksheet. It's not using the number of wraps nor pitch, as it should be. Thanks again!

Hey Patrick! I fixed the Excel sheet and downloaded it myself to check, and it's all good now. Thanks for noticing that error. I have no idea why it ended up looking in those two cells. I must have made some type of oops right before I uploaded it. Thanks for watching.
