    cadence. cadence is the metric that grinds my gears. I can see that I'm overstriding, my watch tells me I'm overstriding, people tell me I'm overstriding, I consciously try not to overstride but I just go through hell and I barely manage to break 170 steps per minute lol.
    still fun to have a watch roast you about aspects of your technique hahaha.

    Great video! I've found it so easy to get deep into all the numbers without really knowing *how* to use those numbers to inform my running. Great point about how different data is more important for different types of runs. Thanks for making this!

    I have used GPS+Galileo on the track and it is pretty spot on. I thought it would drift from the start mark after the gun but it kept lapping at the exact same spot. I was quite impressed.

    Good subject. Just do it a bit slower and iron out “mis-speaking”. (A ratio is not a sum and HRV is not time between heart beats.)
