Thanks for the information. I went to dueling book and it’s a good site but pretty janky and the fact I have to use discord for tournaments kinda sucks. I’ve used discord before and simply do not like it. I wish master duel had a goat format and goat format tournament options.
I use EDOpro to play Goat since it is automatic and there is no trouble with rulings and cheating attempts. But I can only play that on my old windows 7 pc which crashes. My Linux PC doesn't have the version that can run it sadly. So I don't play as much goat as I would like to.
What sets does goat format end at? Was there monarchs? That's what I used to play before I quit yugioh. Like the mode, but so unfortunate, have to play under something that is 100% manual. I'm playing tag force 1 right now.
Are there any beginner guides that are for people who have never played Yugioh a day in their life? I'm trying to get into Yugioh and everyone I know plays goat format, but every video just assumes you're coming from modern yugioh and skips the very basic game, itself.

Will cards show up pre errata in dueling book? Or do you just have to remember a cards pre errata effect?
