I have my GCSE Literature paper 2 in the morning and have not done any revision due to procrastination from my ADHD, and this video helped me get some late night revision that I found incredibly useful. You went at a fast yet steady pace and I retained everything you said and can remember a majority of the quotes and poems- since I had forgotten most of them. Thank you so much- I feel much more confident now!
This channel has been such a huge help! I really struggle to narrow things down to key points, wich always catches me at a grade 6 in mocks and oh my goodness, thanks to this, I now have a booklet of quotes ready to use.. good luck to all my fellow 2024 fellas, we'll rock this!!

In my opinion, the top two poems to revise are Ozymandias- power of nature, people and corruption, and then Bayonet Charge- conflict, effect of conflict on people, power of governments. But it's better to remember 2 to 3 quotes from each poem, the opening, one in the middle, and one at the end. You can also use the names of the poems in your analysis too if you forget everything else!!!

But it's better to remember 2 to 3 quotes from each poem, the opening, one in the middle, and one at the end. For context, most of the older poets were part of the Romantics movement, and most of the war poems refer to personal experience or experience of someone the poet knows. For power memorise 3 key quotes from: Ozymandias My last Duchess Checking out me history for conflict memorise 3 key quotes from: Bayonet Charge Exposure Remains Its honestly better if you remember at least 2 quotes from all 15 tho just to be safe
Hey love your videos they're really helpful but I have a question to ask do all these quotes that you have picked out can they be used in essentially in every different "theme" to fit that poem?
