Loved this abandoned & yes very surprised at the size & layout. You did my favorite intro!! Grandma had the old school pencil sharpener, I used many times. We also had the old T-stats. That tile in the bathrooms on the wall & shower is so neat. Thanks Jay really enjoyed it.🥰
What a shame that these well built homes went into disrepair. The attic looks like the rafters were 2 x 10’s, plus the hardwood floors; sad. Thanks for taking us in, JP. 🌝
Very interesting explore ...yep..officially abandoned ..Christmas lights and a layout for toy trains. LOL....My favorite find was the old school style pencil sharpener . ..brings back memories. Thank you for another great video . ...fun on a Friday nite : }
Very cool find, and they definitely look bigger from the inside than the outside. I'm surprised how many levels are inside each one too. That was neat finding the former train table in the attic of one too.
Definitely an 80s vibe from these houses with type of range tops and those ovens. Unusual, but a great use of space. Sears and a Circuit City Catalog holy crap. Thanks for taking us along.
The house with the fire damage looks it was a training fire for a local fire dept, the plywood walls lined up and the hay every where is a common sign that FD held a training fire in it.. Great video! glad to see you doing some abandoned stuff again!
Thanks for letting me go on an adventure while I'm sitting here with my dog who's recovering from surgery 🐶🩹 How cool that there was a train setup in there! Wish we had a usable attic like those.
They really remind me of group homes for children. A couple would be house parents and they would care for children who were in foster care, delinquent, etc. Houses were nice. It’s a shame they haven’t been kept up. And we still use old school pencil sharpeners in the classroom! But not since pandemic.
I'm from the area and have explored those! They were sealed pretty well for several years but have mostly opened up recently. I did six of them. Didn't try the power in every house, but two in the middle cluster still had it. One of them had a creepy red light on in the dining room when we got there.
Great exploration JP! Those were some really nice homes in their day! I can't believe they weren't kept up, but I guess you never know the circumstances. Thanks for the great adventure!
Always a great explore. Really cool houses. The bathrooms were very nice and plentiful. I also enjoy the fact that the JP and Company are serious about filming and documenting.
Very awesome adventure! They looked like they were nice homes back in the day and yes I can't believe it, they were so much bigger on the inside than looking at them on the outside. It sure is so sad seeing them deteriorate. How cool was that to find that train layout? So neat! Thank you so much JP, great video!
Really maze-like layout with all of the different levels. Too many doors! I was surprised by the hardwood in the bedrooms and not the living area, but like another commenter said, it was common to have wood floors in houses of that era and put carpet over it. My guess is early 70's build. Cool find!
Great exploration Jay. Must have been quite active homes back when. Sad that the house's were left to decay and vandalism, they could've been utilized for an other use. Once again, great job Jay. Thanks for bringing me along😉👍✌🖖
So sad they were left to decay, originally very nice homes with hard wood floors, cedar lined closets, nice tile. Curious as to why they weren’t sold as to being left to rot? Absolutely hate all the graffiti!
Great walk through. Those could have still been nice homes for people. Shame they let them go into shambles. Some were in decent condition for remodeling or at least save the nice hardwood floors. Repurpose reuse. But anywho thanks for the video. Y'all be safe.
I enjoyed seeing you JP an i Was very Supprised at the size of the House I reallg Think there must have been a large family that had lived there. I wished we could of had that size of house when growing up. There were 9 of us total 7 children an Parents we all grew up in 2 -3 bedroom houses. We made it though that k you for the Wonderful Tours minus all the Graffiti tgi was no bad 😉 😀
Odd so many of theses good sized homes left to rot .....shame about the graffiti and copper theft . Wow housing for a private school .....did you see a school near by ? At any rate it was a good video as always !! 👍👍
I would say, 1950s. The architectural design looks to be from the 1950s. The bathrooms and kitchens are all 1950s designs. I think just about every house built in the 1950s had those different colored bathroom tiles. By the 1960s and 70s everything went boring white and brown. I love 1950s houses like those. Great explore. 😎👍☮️
The houses were really interesting. Its kind of disappointing tome to see houses that are in decent condition just sitting there empty. People sill own them and the land and it just sits there depreciating. Whoops just heard it may be developed into commercial property lol. But, sill we got tons of homeless people in the US but stuff just sits abandoned not helping anyone.
Just once me for my own personal info would love to know why 1 person gave this a thumbs down. Whats not to like? Its still a view for JP but im curious what's not to like
How did you enjoy this abandoned adventure? Were you as surprised as me as to the size of these homes?
Loved this abandoned & yes very surprised at the size & layout. You did my favorite intro!! Grandma had the old school pencil sharpener, I used many times. We also had the old T-stats. That tile in the bathrooms on the wall & shower is so neat. Thanks Jay really enjoyed it.🥰
Very nice and spacious houses. Too bad they were just left behind.
Beautiful places. I would live there. Good to see you exploring again.
Ya those houses are big .Thanks for setting the thermostats.
Yes, those houses just seemed to keep going. They didn't look that big from outside 🤔
I love, love, love explore videos, inside or out. Thank you, JP for the great adventrue.
Fun explore! Love your abandoned videos, you narrate so well and don't pan too fast, also close up on interesting things. Love the details!
Thanks Jeni, I appreciate the kind words.
What a shame that these well built homes went into disrepair. The attic looks like the rafters were 2 x 10’s, plus the hardwood floors; sad. Thanks for taking us in, JP. 🌝
They were probably pretty nice places in their day. They are definitely nice and spacious! Great explore!
Very interesting explore ...yep..officially abandoned ..Christmas lights and a layout for toy trains. LOL....My favorite find was the old school style pencil sharpener . ..brings back memories. Thank you for another great video . ...fun on a Friday nite : }
That was a first for me to find a train platform in an abandoned house. Not that I'm complaining lol
@@JPVideos81 A serendipity find !!
Maan that last one was nice I wish I could buy it and remodel it!! Thank for the video!!😘
Would definitely make a good starter home
From the looks of the bathrooms, i say definitely built in the 1960s.
Nice land for a new subdivision. Thanks for sharing Jp
I like your abandoned house videos the best! Thanks for sharing!
Very cool find, and they definitely look bigger from the inside than the outside. I'm surprised how many levels are inside each one too. That was neat finding the former train table in the attic of one too.
Lots of room in that attic for a nice layout
Glad to see the music intro return. Tfs 💕
Enjoyed the explore, hope there is more to come.
I am in love with the multi level houses! Thank you for all your explores. NB Canada🍁
I really like when you take us on these trips. Good job.
i loved this video, Jay. thank you for taking us with you.
This a super cool and fun exploration. As always, very well done.
Nice transition to the outside. That was sweet. Good work! Nice explore!
Thanks
Love the video! The rooms were huge. I wonder what happened? Lack of funding, maybe. Thanks JP!!!
Just a change of the times like everything else. In a year or two they may not be there anymore.
I'm thinking they were built in the early 70s with those wall unit ovens and the layout of the kitchen.
Thanks JP! I wonder where the school was. I always enjoy your abandoned school videos.
Those houses were in decent shape, good job JP !
Definitely an 80s vibe from these houses with type of range tops and those ovens. Unusual, but a great use of space. Sears and a Circuit City Catalog holy crap. Thanks for taking us along.
What a awesome video.Im a collector of 70s to 90s tabloids and magazines and memorabilia so I loved seeing all the stuff left behind.
The house with the fire damage looks it was a training fire for a local fire dept, the plywood walls lined up and the hay every where is a common sign that FD held a training fire in it.. Great video! glad to see you doing some abandoned stuff again!
Enjoyed the adventure
Thanks for letting me go on an adventure while I'm sitting here with my dog who's recovering from surgery 🐶🩹
How cool that there was a train setup in there! Wish we had a usable attic like those.
Thanks for watching and hope your dog gets better.
@@JPVideos81 Thank you ☺

I love these videos 😊
Another great video by jpvideos
Always a great explore. Really cool houses. The bathrooms were very nice and plentiful. I also enjoy the fact that the JP and Company are serious about filming and documenting.
Thanks for checking it out
Nice houses! Love the floors cupboards and all the rooms were very cool.
Pretty nice places at one time. Not much structural damage considering how long they have sat uncared for. Thanks, JP
Not bad homes. The property is nice and wooded. Thanks for the tour.
Looked like it would of been a nice little community.
Thanks JP. Interesting Lay Out on those Homes, Pretty Neat. Take Care and be Safe.
Very cool find. 😁
I love how they utilized every nook &cranny of the places.Very surprising for newer buildings.
Great video JP video
Great Video Thank you JP.

That was pretty cool. You got to see several locations you can never go wrong with a nice bike ride. Good stuff
I knew you'd appreciate the bike ride lol
Agree looks to be a good area at one time. Thanks for sharing 👍
Love your abandoned videos they're some of my favorite! Finding a place like this is always makes for such a cool explore. Nice video!
Hi Jay, a pretty cool adventure and it felt much more cosy when you turned the thermostat up lol. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx 💖

Another great video. I think the houses may be from the 70's or older. The bathroom colors and style look from the 70's
The rooms were good size, really liked all the different levels!! Thanks for sharing!! 💖💙💖💙💖💙
Good evening JP, what a fun day out, the attics were cool asf, I'll have to watch this again as I'm away camping..👍🙂
I love when you can find dates on things
Thank you for the adventure ☺️
You're welcome
Hi Jay. Hope you are doing great. Interesting houses.
I would love to have a house like that. to bad they had to tag them up that way . But they are nice house ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
Great exploration Jay. Must have been quite active homes back when. Sad that the house's were left to decay and vandalism, they could've been utilized for an other use.
Once again, great job Jay. Thanks for bringing me along😉👍✌🖖
Would be nice to see them in their prime all decked out. Wouldn't make a bad home at all.
Yes it was a big houses thank you for sharing that with us 👍
Looked like would have been nice to live in when new.
Good Video
Thanks JP.
My favorite intro 😁
Plus had to go back to watching these abandoned videos youtube suggestions getting exaggeratively weird.
That was awesome and then come across a train table that was just too cool
Complete unexpected surprise
I'd love a blue print of the first house! Makes me want to build one just for the space for not family
Thanks Jay,
Interesting layouts looked like lots of room inside.
Was the school close by?
Central California Watching
Awesome JP . I'm still afraid of the dark ; )
How do you like your bike?
Looks like it was a nice place at one time
Did someone say train layout? 😜. That last house upper attic would make a great train room. Awesome video! 🚂💨
😁
I still have one of those pencil sharpener’s that I use all the time LOL
Built to last
It was good place to see
Nice houses I seen you found new bikes for you in the shed 😂
I wonder if that last house was kept up longer than the others. I know you couldn't go in all of them though. Still neat to see, nice looking houses.
So sad they were left to decay, originally very nice homes with hard wood floors, cedar lined closets, nice tile. Curious as to why they weren’t sold as to being left to rot? Absolutely hate all the graffiti!
They definitely could of been re-purposed
Great walk through. Those could have still been nice homes for people. Shame they let them go into shambles. Some were in decent condition for remodeling or at least save the nice hardwood floors. Repurpose reuse. But anywho thanks for the video. Y'all be safe.
👍
That was a cool fine
Nice homes. I wonder why they were left empty. Kind of reminds me of the videos I see of European abandoned houses.
Sad it couldn’t have been used by low cost - low income families... vandalism is depressing. Thanks for the explore
I enjoyed seeing you JP an i Was very Supprised at the size of the House I reallg

Later, can the school be explored?
Was the school itself nearby?
Where is this?

Ugh! that graffiti is atrocious!!😡 nice house though, interesting layout. Certainly get your exercise 👍🏻👍🏻
Graffiti very sus...like illuminati symbols.
Wow how sad those houses could have been sold or used by other people. Good video though!
Should be called the trespassing channel
Pity they had to end up like that x
They where bigger than my mother in law..lol
😁 you heard something....probably a 👻👻
Yea I’d say 60s
👍
