Dont forget having to repeat the process atleast 15 to 20 houses in a day and then 5 to 6 times in a week hahahahahshhahahahahahahakillmehahahahahahahaha
@@Mrmidknight-yx9pg luckily the most i have ever had in a day for bait station checks is 4. still they are super time consuming and we are paid straight commission so they suck to do.
@@Mrmidknight-yx9pg no i do anywhere from 13-18 houses per day in the summer, with regular services, mosquito and ticks, termite bait checks. i make a very good pay on straight commission, alot more than hourly techs.
That was a big problem for me in doing the monitoring even with a graph it was not easy.our installation crews were taught to use the 20 ft from house limit to attempt to keep each side the same straight line to avoid things like planters ,shrubs and trees being in the way but that didn't mean they always were done that way..they never should be installed where you will have trouble finding them but my personal opinion is the termidor/Taurus soil applications worked better anyway now I have my own company I just won't sell bait stations for termite control
Terminex ended their contract with Sitricon (green tops). BASF makes the grey and black tops. They are fantastic. I run a local pest control company in Tennessee.
Terminex ended their Contrac with the green stations(sentricon) so they going the cheaper route, it can still work but it is a cheaper product for a couple reasons. They are not scanned and kept up as good so if you get lazy techs it’s easier for them to not give you a full service and easy to get for them to get away with it. The stations are cheaply made and harder for techs to check so more reason for techs to skip around and not get caught since they not scanned and recorded on hand held computers.
Dont waste your time watching this video. Sends 5 minutes walking and pointing to every bait station, not once explaining anything besides pointing out the colour of the tops.
Brandon Ray that’s bull. Almost 41 years in the business, 20 as an owner of my own business. I have never seen a company bend over as far as Terminix to please a customer. Some people you can’t please but we have thousands and thousands who are satisfied.
sonaheals llc my experience is current, I am not referring to 40 years ago, in fact, I’m preparing to go to work now. I don’t disparage a competitor especially in public. It makes you sound unprofessional. Yes, you can find an incident where someone didn’t get what they wanted, when you service as many homes you will get that. For some reason, I seem to get many customers who have tried a smaller company and had bad experiences as well. I stand by my earlier statements because I did what was necessary to satisfy clients as long as it was legal, moral and ethical.
so nice when landscapers and customers bury them and you got play hide and seek trying to find them.

Does he scan the bar code on the other side of the green lids?
Yes I think I did see the tech do this. Why do you ask?
It’s the law technically
Supposed to and I have seen him scanning yes.
I didn't know terminix used those. I thought they only used Sentricon

They way better cover more area last longer and way easier to find 🙂
Hello, i thinking about doing business with them (terminex) its obvious you like their service.. how much does it cost per month?
@sonaheals llc Thanks for your input and suggestions I'm going to order it.. stay safe
@Sharon Tate cool, Thankd for sharing
Looks like Advance bait stations. You can buy these yourself from domyown.com
They puck up and take back to the others is how they are supposed to work.
Those are not the same. The look similar it contains different type of pesticides that’s not available to the public for purchase.
Just do a termidor treatment and forget the useless bait stations

Send to all your friends. 5 minutes of their life you will never get back. He never opens one up to explain what's inside.
They replaced the good ones with the cheaper not so effective ones
Its time that you replace them with a better vendor

No but that would be nice! Take care
They are screwing you!
