Simple way to Calculate the Load is Q= (m x Cp x Δt)/3024 where m= mass flow rate in Kg/hour and Cp= Specific Heat of water in Kilo Calorie/hour and Δt= temperature difference in ⁰C. and 3024 is constant value. You can easily Calculate the T.R. and as per your formula the heat load is some higher side.

How do calculate Mass flow rate ? chilled water pipe line closed loop conditions So, closed loop conditions normally constant volume process..... So volume is constant.... Can you explain please Mass flow rate value anytime constant or changeable ?

I want to know the correct location of header flow sensor for chiller system. Is it at supply or return side of the chiller
