Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

I'd honestly be quite happy if Pro Aim's "eco first" strat turns out to be really good, it seems to me like it would be a much more dynamic meta than "pinchfist heavy weapon rush ez"
Yeah, if they'd gone more energy defense first I'd have thrown a couple of plasma shields infront of the core up top which would've helped so much against the lasers.
I now play Forts because of you, Incursus. Though I'm not playing online much rather doing the campaign matches.

Some of the later levels in the campaign are extremely hard, so I have given up on the campaign.
It’s annoying how the AI can manage like 10 things at once, which isn’t possible for a human to do.
@@extremecube Time management and Priority listing is very much important if you want victory with 3 stars.
I just finished the Final Boss level with direct hits with 3 [Redacted]*, 2 [Redacted]* and a sniper. Only to realize the hanging constructions above the Boss were a clue to defeat 'em much easily.
*[Redacted] = Not gonna spoil it for ya.
I had fun wasting hours on a later hard 3 star campaign run getting a pixel perfect shot

The buzzsaw is a great choice(boom)zzz... well, that's awkward.
I feel like if MCC had invested in a single buzzsaw with his howie like his opponent did he could have easily taken control and put bottom on the defensive side with essentially a single volley destroying all of bottoms weapons.

I really appreciate when people concede matches instead of making a lost game draw out. Good on the player for doing that. Makes it easier for me to want to watch more matches.

I miss the Forts Videos. Incursus it would be nice if you brought back you playing the game and trying your Wacky zany ideas .

Guy up top in the first match couldve easily enough taken out the bottom on T2. Just kept repeating the same stuff and making bad choices.
2nd match the guy to be offed first wasnt a surprise in the slightest seeing him put those explosive batteries at his foundation like that instead of the back end.
Since we are on Balls, question I have about this league: are core swings illegal, or just too risky because of how many players go to early snipers?

Are cannons better than howis in 4v4s? I’ve playing with howis for a while and I feel that I need more howis than cannons to deal same amount of damage(due to ppl spamming miniguns)
But it just so satisfying when howitzers hit other teams’ bases🎉
@@zuruichen7827 they have different niches, cannons are a lot more affordable, cheaper, and typically do better if hitting metal or weapons, but howis do massive damage to woodspam and effectively act as bunker busters with how they penetrate before exploding
i'm always a big fan of warthog active alpha-strike howi, my first shot of the game is just a one-tap straight to the core

How can we watch these matches without all the zooming in/out & panning? A lot of action is being missed when this happens.
I came to the comments to say the exact same thing! I gave up after 14 minutes. WAY too much camera movement.
I mean this is episode 196, at this point it’s just the standard. You do always get to see the big explosions so I’m happy.

Incursus, please keep the camera on the entire map when broadcasting matches....
You tend to zoom at spots of minor insignificance while elsewhere game deciding plays are being made.
The whole point of a cast is to point out the important plays. Look at football broadcasts, or how Starcraft 2 pro matches are casted. Since their viewers can only focus on one area at a time, the casters make sure that the attention is focused onto the right plays, with explanations of why those plays are important.
Now, whether Incursus is **good** at the whole "pro game casting" thing is debatable, but it is unreasonable to expect the whole map to be shown at all times, as that is not the point of this video.

Would you enjoy watching a game where the camera zooms at a player while commenters over explain what he just did a minute ago while his team gets outplayed off screen and takes a goal?
Until Incursus manages to focus on the current play he should just leave the whole map visible.
