@@terminalvelocity635I think they're referring to the fact that in public lobbies and whenever Etan plays, there is a tendency to be one side that is just outclassing the other one completely, to the point that it's not even a match, it's just an execution

I know it's not an extra large map with extra long distances... but that kind of aim is still hard to achieve.
Firework: shoots and misses with the howitzer 3 times, doesn't defend from the bottom lasers he is aware of, gets killed in 1 shot, refuses to elaborate further
Klaualles seems to be the German version of „steal everything“ without the space in between „Klau“ und „alles“. It might just be something completely different though.
That was a beautiful last match! Zombiebase Alex just refusing to die, the potential for them to come back always just barely out of reach, very exciting watch.
1st game the upper player on the right side named "klaualles" would be pronounced something like the following. "klau" was correctly spoken by incursus. after that think of the word "ally". that is the "all" pard or the name. the "es" would be spoken like the 1st 2 letters of "espionage". "klaualles" is german and means "steal everything" :D
Incursus, there were a lot of sudden "jumps" in the last match, they were short (some seconds each) but really distracting. I don't know if that's on purpose or an artifacts, but if it's the latter you might want to check the videos after exporting.
"klaualles" is german and basically means "steal everything", like the player "derBenzinpreisVergleicher" which means "a guy who compares prices of fuel"
game 2... oww. Klaus was screwed anyway but the fact the killing blow was a deathstar exhaust port... that's gotta sting. Game 3 alex was dead from the first howi shot, but credit to him. He was an excellent meatshield
Can we just talk about the 3rd game where firework basically had an exposed howi for like 5 minutes? The howi was behind 1 door while I am myself had 3 cannons
I don't think i have ever seen so many nukes being effective as in round 2... And it's not thanks to skill from the baguette munchers. Nukes are too random to be honest. I've seen good teams use them and constantly get random garbage results with them. I've seen bad teams get good results by drunk nukes. But this is taking the fricking price! That being said, baguettes are still doing a pretty damn good job making sure the nukes get across. Not gonna take that away from them. that first match was probably the worst aim I've ever seen out of firework, no attempt to adjust aim, just 3 full out whiffs that are way off the mark, I know he's better than that.
It makes you feel better when you get that snipe though And tiny doors weren't "created" by the game devs, they're just a byproduct of the modular base building aspect of the game. It's a competitive scene, of course they'll use and abuse any trick they can squeeze out of the basic game mechanics.
Yea so I don't think it was an intended feature but when players realised that door speed is constant (ie tiles/second) and smaller doors open and close faster, it became the meta at the competitive scene. If you wanted to nerf this, you could potentially decrease the speed very slightly according its length at a certain ratio so they are less powerful but it won't change much of anything
Nice to see an actual match instead of a one-sided stomp.
You’re joking right? You can’t be missing that many howitzer shots in a comp match

it conveys visually what you're currently watching isn't live game but a slowed down version of the destruction of a core.

It‘s just warthog active. It boosts the damage output of the nuke.
It managed to fly into the flak gun's pocket and blew up inside, which destroyed the core that was already on 9%.
