Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

I know it might not be popular, but I want to see sort of a private match where someone creates the "ultimate" defense, and you create the ULTIMATE offense, and you see just how powerful you can get on either, and see how well it goes.
If you've already done something like this I would like to know where so I can watch it.

Although i wish you had used the scattershot commander with that because then it would be impossible to stop it and it would easilly surpass any upgraded cannon.
Hey Incursus :) I love your Forts gameplay, I at one point recently stumbled upon one of your videos randomly and i got hooked, even to the point where i bought myself a copy of the game too. I've seen someone comment on one of your recent videos from the 14th about how they would love a tips/tricks/noob mistakes video to help out the people such as myself and others who bought the game due to your influence improve at the game a lot faster and make less newbie mistakes. I've already learned a lot from some little mistakes you point out whenever an enemy or teammate makes one, like how building on the ground costs more resources, making separate nodes for ropes to attach to costs more unlike when connecting them to the same node, and how to make the base more stable when you're building it up by building out a trianglular bracing first then turning it into square bracing then building up instead of just building up right away.
What about indefinite upgraded nukes?

I just got a new phone and new headset and Incursus' voice sounds so lovely now. More than it ever has.

Btw, my max level cannon penetrated through my enemies base but it didn’t even do area damage, it was pure penetration! It blew up later behind on a piece of land

I am not convinced that the 20mm is bad.
Idk why it gets hate, it's one of my favorite guns and with 3 or more of them you can shred a base
The 2nd match is a clear illustration of why they are bad compared to the standard cannon. 2 standard cannons is cheaper than 3 20s, as mentioned above, and is far more capable of ending a match when properly aimed.
It is not bad per se, it's just not as efficient and material worthy as cannons are.
Yeeaaa but theres still just something about them I like more, they're just cool to me even if they're not as match ending
@@iakonasisler4808 I can see that. Personally I feel the same. If you want to look at the human aspect of the game, the 20mm would be better against beginner players, because observation can tell that it's prolonged firing cause more panic and confusion on beginner players than the cannon, thus making them more prone for inappropriate reactions.

Winter 2018/2019 the strange 20mm highlight times. Given build time and the 3 to 2 cost ratio, 20mms can be really good if you keep map control with a sniper, and overwhelming the opponents economy is always game ending, just rather attricious in nature, rather than spontaneous.
The last time I watched you had like 2,000 subs. Great job, keep it up :)

i think the teammate constantly attacking the enemies made this video too short and, frankly, quite lame
it has nothing to do with you, Incursus, it's just they cut it too short.
After 3 years it has finally started bothering me that every piece of wood bracing has the same grain pattern on it.

love your videos man! I bought this game thanks to you and have enjoyed the campaign, but I can't ever find anybody to play with. I suck anyway lol. my base building is appalling. but it is fun to play on my off time.

20s seem much more viable on vanilla. Also you need team-mates which kinda sit there or do non game ending damage, as your team mate did the entire of the destruction, which is good and all, just not what we came to watch. Great attempt though, so at least any of us with the game can give it a try. I managed to somewhat replicate your vanilla version and had lots of fun with it :) 20s are great for noobs with terrible aim as it doesnt really matter what you hit. If you can aim, do what Incursus's ally did this game and just blew em up :P

T Kalle well actually the spread is so insane that yes he will, they even fire backwards at some points and yeah, it just doesn’t really work without scattershot no matter what map you’re on

Indefinite upgrades is a very entertaining mod
I go for the laser or the big cannon as they do not arc as much and penetrate well. They also do not scatter like the multi shot weapons. They really do not need upgrading as you can just build 2 for about the same cost and few can last long against dual heavies.

Wait did you spend the first 4 minutes of the second match with the top of your core and your mines as uncovered sniper bait?
yes - no one bothers to snipe mines - they are too tanky - and someone would have to rush an upgraded sniper to hit his core - which takes almost 3 minutes - which you can tell they are not going for based on the size of the bases
I don't think I've ever seen incursus upgrade a mine...
