Hey Guys! I'm aware of my mistake regarding the team's scores. Danke Merkel won 2 - 1, and the matches are out of order. That's my mistake.

That second match has to be rage inducing to be on the receiving end of it, makes the fog launchers seem a little to strong if you are not prepared for them but that's the point of a rush, a very clever play by DM.

Oh my god, that double howitzer shot ripping the base literally in half, no amount of flex seal can fix such amounts of damage!
To make this clear:
the correct order of the matches is
1. stalactites
2. vanilla
3. up % down
I don´t know why it is mixed up like this here because I even asked in the discord server that they upload the replays in the correct order for the casters but looks like that didn´t work out too well :D
But still, you won two matches and team pro aim only one and you still lost the overall game

Question related to the tournament: was there any high seas things available (energy domes, harpoons, runways, hard points, deck guns, orbital lasers, decoy and control ammo, and thunderbolts and nighthawks)?
@@labrat_09 there are no High Seas weapons or tech in the FPL

Honestly I feel smoke is too potent. Like it's fine preventing AA, but removing any ability to repair or rebuild there is nonsense.
@@Wolvenwargmusic agreed, makes me wonder why its not used more in these tournies. Seems like it should be overused by how meta it seems to be in 2v2s
But i know why its so op, its balanced around 1v1s, where its usually too resource and api innefficient to use them, but in 2v2s where your teammate can just be the one with weapons its broke af
it's really vulnerable to snipers tho. Same with emp's. If they expl9de you get the smoke or emp effect in your base wich is even worse

the first battle is the exact type of battle that got me hooked on watching these gameplays, just sheer rocket and anti air chaos everywhere..
Armadillo seems to be a bad luck charm in the pro league at this point

They’re the underdogs, the rest of the pro teams aren’t ready for their men’s strats and I love it.

DM wins first game and second, then loses the 3rd game (Which shouldn't be played at all in a BO3 after one team got 2 wins already) and all of a sudden they lose 2 - 1 against PA?

It's just some sort of glitch, if you check the actual match stats on the tournament it shows that DM won the match.

The actual game was played 22 days ago and has DM as the winners. Look at the actual website with the score instead of incursus who is literally a 3rd party commenting on it and probably just wrote a number in the wrong place
Gotta love the occasional mistake to make a funny moments like the slight initial confusion of Pro aim getting a point from danke merkel winning lol

I just thought of a tactic for wind turbines. If you put a shield in front of a wind turbine, it is powered by the wind turbine, but that only protects from lasers. What if you put a door in front alongside the turbine and you have it open at all times, but when a 20mm or a barrage or whatever comes, you close it so that the wind turbines are protected?
Danke Merkle won both he first match, and the second match. How was there a third match showing 1 to 1 score?

I think you should take a moment to talk about brackets and standings and such at the beginning and end. Mention teams' current wins/losses, notable upsets.
ok so in match one why didnt blue bot base just fire a laser to the bottom of reds top base? that was the perfect angle to have a laser rip through the whole base plus if they made that shot it would have hit multiple buildings prop causing a instant ko

The team labels on the bottom are mixed up. The first match shows that DM is on the right and PA on the left. The right side wins.
Going into the second game, the labels show that PA with a 1 and DM with a 0 indicating that PA won. DM also wins this one.
In the third match, each side is 1-1. PA wins according to the bottom labels. But DM wins the match.

Really dont know why they're called nukes. They're not nukes. Ones swarm missiles that are basically rockets and then a normal missile that does a bit of damage.

just wondering why is the match format just 1 and 1 vs 1 and 1 because of the map design and placing? because when ever 1 player down 1 v 2 is seems impossible to comeback because of how difficult to gain ground and no opponents will let others to claim the destroyed base
i do remember back then incursus playin casually on a map where both team have their base on the same ground and everyone can have control on the base even when one reactor got destroyed. so i wonder why that kind of map wasnt played in the league.. is it just unbalanced? would love to see that kind of map on league too
Was Danke Merkle punished for using cheese? I would think that Incursus just made a casting mistake, but why was there even a third match? Cheese is a legit strat with a high risk/reward, not to mention very entertaining. If it isn't wanted in this league, that should be adressed at a software level, or by bans, not an invalidation of a win after the fact.
From what I'm gathering the matches are shown out of order (the third match is actually the second) and danke Merkel actually won incursus just made a mistake
@@tamacleod6371 I thought that might be the case as well, but at the beginning of the third match incursus mentioned that finally nobody was using cheese, which would imply that the first two matches, in which they did use cheese, already happened. Quite weird. I understand mistakes can happen, and truth be told I wouldn't mind if they just did three matches irregardless, as long as teams get to use any strategy that they can make work.

I honestly hate early game wins because it’s soo boring.
The first match is annoying. If the bottom left wouldve just targeted the bottom rights core he wouldve done him in early on. Instead he kept pointlessly firing at the mines over and over again with no change.
I'm honestly a little annoyed at how often the missile rush strat wins, kinda makes it feel like there's no point in even trying anything else

Fog seems so annoyingly frustrating to fight against period. You can't do anything about it. You can't counter it, you can't stop it, and you can't clear it out. It's just kind of there now, removing one of the primary functions of the game. Doesn't seem very fun. :/

I kinda miss playing Forts... but I just can't stand the commander changes. Just feels like with the new abilities so much damage goes out in burst that there just no defending if people aim well. I mean when a single weapon goes through 3 layers of wood, and 3 layers of metal... why bother. There are just so few interesting come backs now.
I stopped watching after you stopped posting your match ups as much just large hour sessions 😖😔😒! But this is not 2 bad . 👍 A combination of both would be awesome 🤟
As a viewer, I find missile games extremely boring. Its just a slot machine with many attempts afforded to you. Nukes should be WAY more expensive and not be drunk. The drunk makes it stupid.
"Danke Merkel" means thank you Merkel. She was the former leader of Germany and its meant in a sarcastic way because she helped refugees to settle down in germany. They want all of them gone
