- For this life size chocolate mother kangaroo and her baby, I drew inspiration from my new tv show, "Dessert Master", the sweet spinoff of the franchise, Master Chef, that will launch in Australia at the end of this year. It took 4.5 days and 170lbs of chocolate to complete this project.

Not perfect. Clearly going for red kangaroo but got the eyes wrong, big reds always have sleepy eyes while greys are wide eyed. Also the back paw claw toe is quite stubby, in reality those things are ridiculously long.
This man is good at cooking, sculpting, art, chocolate making, painting, making vids and always entertaining us. truly amazing

I'm not sure it's enough to call him a chef. Of course, he's making chocolate which is edible, but it's more of carving and painting that sculptors and artists do.
