- This 100% Chocolate Fox was crafted in class at the Pastry Academy. It took five days of love to get the final result. I really like the way it turned out. My favourite part is definitely the fox pup!
This guy is a national treasure. He's a baker, chocolatier, sculpter, carver, woodburning artist, airbrush artist, probably more than I can think of here.

yes. These short videos, whilst mesmerising, almost diminish the hours that went into each creation. Not to mention the multiple disciplines of different skills required. Always a joy to see a new one.
We don’t all have to speak the same language to understand how beautiful this is!
I'd even argue the lack of voice gives this more dimension. It doesn't rely on verbal storytelling. The actions tell everything.
