I think it ties in with chamber design really closely for the initial setting and after that scales linearly with rpm on mufflers. Pipes are different from what i read from the bike guys.
Seems like a lean on saw. Chain speed looks slow for some reason. Doesn't seem to lose a lot in the cut. The kind of saw that won't hurt itself. Echo 8000 comes to mind. But I've never ran that saw.
Its doing better! Love the R-D!
👍👍💪💪
Ignition Timing!! Been thinking about THAT while raking hay, too. Built a spreadsheet for it, but I ain't sure yet???

Saw looks good! Original stickers & plastics?
Mostly clone with some OEM stickers! Got it in a purchase with a bunch of tooling. OEM C&P

👍👍 it sure seems stronger…his it oiling?
Yep. Leaves a mess on the floor every time i do a bench run.
Holding nice rpm
Yeah, trying for a little more. Advance was already dialed in so i am going to scoot it back to where it was.

There is a lot left on the table for this one. It runs good, not knock your socks off but runs good. I havent done any machine work yet.
