you feel like the cheese cake needs to be baked and they think its not, thats because the popular cheescake in uk is no bake cheese cake and the popular one in usa is new york style cheesecake which is baked. if you ever eaten a cheesecake they eat a different kind, theirs is less dense and closer to whip cream
