I had to go in for a sleep study Friday night and wasn’t allowed to use any technology. Luckily, I’ve listened so often that I was able to recall the relaxation countdown in my head! It helped immensely. I humbly thank you, SD, for making my whole life better by making my sleeping so much better. Ha ha same thing happened when I had a sleep study. I could not fall asleep! My study was at home so after hours of sleeplessness I finally turned on a story and fell right to sleep. They told me it was fine when I met with the doctor. Whew.

I guess you could say I’m partial to anything Italian as my father immigrated from Italy to America in the early 1900s and I visited Italy a few times and I love the small Tuscan villages, so needless to say I would love to hear more Tuscan stories and one suggestion would be to add Vincenzo the town Wine maker, who presses his grapes in the basement of his home ( as my father and grandfather did in our basement in Brooklyn back then thank you and God bless you for these lovely peaceful stories Stephen

In this story he was the driver, and I was the passenger, who felt totally safe as he drove along the rugged Western coast of Ireland on a rainy day. I could totally imagine the beauty of a country I've never actually stepped foot on.
